While the price was great, the overall size of the toaster was too large. Returned,

I got this toaster to replace my old 4 slice toaster I have had for years. When I received it, it came in huge box but once I pulled it out I realized why. This toaster is big and takes up a lot of counter space. The slots are also big and and items such as egos tend to fall in.

I'm giving this toaster 2 stars because that's all the slices that get toasted properly. It's supposed to be a 4-piece toaster... The right side no longer works as it's suppose to. Cancel button doesn't work, and the right side burns hotter than the left.

Okay, not a great one, but okay for the price paid

I’ve had this toaster for a couple months now. The right side of the toaster stopped working. I place my bagel/toast in the unit and it won’t release causing burnt bread and almost a fire in my house. I’m hoping Best Buy will replace this unit.

Bought this toaster on a Best Buy deal of the day for about half price and that should have been my first clue not to buy it. It doesn't lift the toast very high when it is done and the other morning it didn't eject the toast at all and kept on cooking. Nearly caught the house on fire. It kept on cooking and burnt the toast up completely and was red hot. I was going to return it but my grandson took it apart and fixed it while I was gone. It works again but still doesn't lift the toast very high when it's done. And I don't like the fact that you can't turn off one side of the slots when cooking a muffin like I could on my old toaster.

Bought this 4 slot toaster on a special of the day for $20. That is the good thing about the deal if you can call it that. It just isn't worth the effort to return it. Uneven toasting using common sized bag bread. Uneven not only from side to side but from top to bottom too. There is nothing "pro" that I can find about this product. $20 is too much too waste on this thing. Waring should be ashamed to sell it.

After a month I bought this product, the two nobs we use to push the bread slice for toast are not completely pulled up once toasting is done and I have to pull the bread slices with fingers. So horrible.

This thing will only burn toast, even on lightest setting, black. You have to unplug it for toast to pop up. It won't release manually no matter how hard you try. Looks good on the counter though

Inside is very flimsy and toast and waffles get stuck inside. Once it falls far enough it’s extremely difficult to get out. Very frustrating.

besides the dent that was on it , wasn't a very good toaster one of the sides kept getting stuck and staying on, could cause a fire.

I purchased this new toaster for my new apartment, being that I had to relocate for school. I used it the first time, and everything was fine. When I went to try to use it a second time, one of side would no longer stay down. To this day, it is still doing the same thing. I will try to visit my local Best Buy for a warranty replacement.

i bough this from BB in August 2018- Nov-18 one side timer stop working- i learned that from the burnt toast- few days later the other side timer on low setting did the same thing- i have reached out to waring- no answer yet- we use the unit and have to hit cancel. Therfore i don't recommed this unit.

the 2 on left stopped working properly after about a month.. I was using it on the lightest time and it wouldn't stop, i left it for a coupl minutes and started burning the food with a terrible smoke smell throughout my unit... havent been able to see if there is a warranty or not

This toaster is quite large for a four-slice toaster and is cheaply made.

I have on this same toaster for years and used it a whole lot. when it stop working i bought the same toaster thinking is would be just as good. Well it was not. Garbage. Sorry Warring but it was garbage. Returned it..

We got a defective toaster which turns bread into cinder on the lowest setting. Only after obliterating a few slices will it actually work properly and toast appropriately, although very slowly. But it's ok that your toast is charred, because it's impossible to get out without a fork or tongs. This one is going back this weekend.

It should be zero stars, piece of garbage stop working on one side 3 months after I bought it. I tried to get warranty and nobody ever contacted me from the waring company. Complete waste of money, it's in the garbage now.

Highly disappointed. I purchased this for our new apartment. Used it one time and it worked fine. The next day, I tried to toast bread, one side wouldn't stay down. Terrible!

broke after 2 months and neither Best Buy or Waring would take care of the problem. out the money for a worthless toaster and now have to buy another.
