Bought the Insignia brand first (recommended by Best Buy employee). Got it home and installed it - it leaked. Took it back and got the Samsung version. Yes I get get two Insignia filters for the price of one Samsung but two leaky filters doesn't help me. Water and ice are fine - we drink the eater from the fridge door all the time. Product does what is intended for.

At first, it puzzled me as the one I was replacing had on one O-ring at the top, while this one had two O-rings at the top. Also, the locking dial was skinnier. I actually went an ask for a return and refund. But after thinking about it for a moment, and comparing the two, I concluded that it ought to fit even with 2 O-rings because the length and shape of the filters were a pretty close to a twin match. So I gave it a try. It slid in easily, and locked down effortlessly, quickly, and securely. I am impressed and very happy, I quickly canceled the return and refund. And apologize for my earlier misjudgment. It's a great product, and it works beautifully. Thank you.

I have had other refrigerators with filters, but when I tasted the water, it was better than my water has ever been. This product is expensive in comparison of my other refrigerators filter, but the water does taste better.

This is a great filter. Works as well as the original. This was my first time replacing the one from my fridge so I went to Best Buy and the service and advice was great. I was in and out in less than 10 mns with the sales Rep help. Will buy again.

The Samsung water filter is great. You can really taste the difference (for the better) with the new water filter. It was very easy to install. I certainly will not wait so long to replace it next time.

This Samsung water filter seems to fit and work great in my Samsung refrigerator. I installed it about six weeks ago. It was easy to install, but did need a half-turn rather than a quarter-turn to lock it in.

Ive tried other water filter brands on my samsung fridge and they fit, but they leaked water all over the place. Something just wasnt quite right with them. This factory one fits perfectly and doesnt leak.

The Samsung water filter does an excellent job. The filter ,which is for select Samsung models, is easy to install, directions are very easy to understand. It took me about five minutes to replace the old filter with a new.

I tried different brands of filters and keep going back to the original ones. I thought I would save some money with brand from Big box stores name and I could taste the difference and water was cloudy Samsung might cost a little more but well worth it.

The filter works well, fits the model of Samsung refrigerator that I have. Its an original Samsung filter, didn't want to risk using an after market filter. If it fits your refrigerator, this will do the trick.

It's a great product-easy to install and works beautifully. It must be replaced every 6 months to insure fresh tasting water that is mostly free from contaminants and impurities.

2nd time I've purchased this water filter for our fridge, it is easy to install and lasts for a long time before the next change out, very well pleased with this samsung water filter, and also the water and ice both taste great.

I bought this product as a replacement filter for my Samsung refrigerator & it works great! Installation was easy- just unscrew the old one and screw the new one in. Following installation, you need to run water thru it (about a gallon or so), to clear air out of the line to kind of get the thing rolling & then you are good to go. Water tastes great!
