I love the very compact size of this external hard drive. Backing up your hard drive is very important, and this unit is a great option to do that. Just a couple of notes: I purchased this to back up my Mac Book Pro, which only had USB-C connections, so I had to use a USB-A to USB-C adapter to connect to it. Also, it comes formatted for Window NT, therefore I had to reformat it to ExFAT in order to back up my Mac. Both were easy fixes, but helpful to know in advance.

The hard drive gets the job done. Also really easy to use just connect and let it load. I mostly used it store iPhone pictures and videos.

Just works! Use as Time Machine back up drives for our Macs. Lasts about 5 years. Just reformat with Disk Utility, then set up with Time Machine!

had this for about a month now...got it on sale at a great price and so far, so good...easy, user-friendly function...literally plug it in and it's ready to go in about 10 seconds...has def been helpful in keeping my laptop from getting too cluttered with drone work...as soon as i got this, i moved about 42GB of photos and videos off the laptop...2TB seems like a lot, but i "fear" that this may fill up faster than expected...lol

Curbside Pickup was simple and quick. I used this harddrive to salvage files off of a dying Macbook, and I have since switched to PC. Be aware you will need to format this drive correctly before loading files onto it if you wish to use it with both platforms. Plenty of space for what I needed, and an affordable option compared to the HDD's they sell at the point of service at the Apple store. If you find yourself needing to go in for assistance backing up your system, definitely come prepared with your own drive.
