Bought this to download / backup work computer files. 5 years worth of files including large drawing files downloaded in just a few minutes. Accessing the files was fast without any glitches. Would buy one for personal use if I didn't already have one.

Not as fast as I would like. Bought to hold all 18K of my personal photos. Transfers are fairly quick but operating Apple Photos via this drive can be a little slow. Simple to use and good integration w/ Apple.

By and large, seems to work just fine. Only problem is that the USB connector on the drive side is reversed (upside down) compared to the set of Seagate drives where I had to replace one bad drive, and thus the drive activity light isn't visible when attached. But speed is fine, can't say anything about reliability as I don't have this drive in use long enough (1 day a week, 10-100GB of data backed up onto it)...

Always like WD. Needed more storage capacity for backing up file from my computer. Size was good for what I needed and Deal of the Day Price was excellent. Only gave it 4 stars since Ihave been using it just a little over a month.

Great speeds, easy to use. I backed up all of my computer files on here and still have space to spare.

I bought this 2TB External hard drive as an external storage for my PS5. Really not much to say except for the fact that it works for my PS5 (only PS4 games though) and it is significantly cheaper than other external hard drive offerings with "made for PS4/PS5" stickers on the box. Do yourself a favor, save some money (for games, gas money, or whatever) and get this external hard drive. In short, same functionality, lower price.

Bought this external hard drive for more storage on xbox one. Very easy to hook up ,also very small in size and works great.
