Good, but it takes a bit to set up for Apple and PCs

was a gift for my 11 year old brother He enjoys playing with his friends And by himself using AI mode which is very cool ! Great gift to play indoors

Nice upload/download speeds. Only complaints are the cord is a little short and the build quality doesn't seem as good compared to the one I got 3 years ago. My previous Passport was a heavy all metal case, where this one seems to be hard plastic.

It is a good product, excellent to back up your information, especially using a password to keep your information protected, but .......... if you put a password on a computer with windows you will not be able to open it on a computer With linux :(

it does exactly what it's supposed to do, nothing really special about it. I've had it a few months now and no issues so far. I would buy again.

This is a very good product! Helpful I May say, makes me able to watch movies without using internet because we stored all Our movies there!!!Love it!

Best way to store all your photos just in case your computer crashes. I used it to transfer files from an old computer to a new one and it worked fine.

Works great with X Box One. Just formatted and transferred. WD is more reliable than Seagate. It was also on a nice sale that I couldn't pass up on.

This really came in handy for me to back up items from an old computer and transfer them to a newer one. It wasn't hard to do. Very good item to have!

I picked it up for my mac. Very easy to use and i like that i don't need to have it plugged into a power outlet. Definitely worth the buy for the price!

I've had a few portable HD fail over the years (I travel a lot). So far, this one seems relatively well built. The USB micro-B superspeed connection is snug, which is good as that is a place that has caused problems on some other portable HD for me.

This back up drive does exactly what it says. Very satisfied with it, although it may not be as fast as advertised on some system including mine..

The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is that it didn't give me the option to format it at the beginning. I put a bunch of stuff on it only to later find out I cannot copy things off of my hard drive that is formatted to my apple computer.

This is not my first external hard drive, but it is my first USB 3.0 external hard drive. The data speed must be about ten times as fast as 2.0. Nice.

WD needs to bring our a range of portable HDD that use SSD instead of platter drives, that would have been way better for a photographer to use.
