I got this hd to offload a bunch of files from my laptop and it works great. I can't find nothing to complain about it works fast even for big files.

I found it much faster and good graphics. The silver keys are sometimes difficult to see (bad eyes). I prefer a black key platform for contrast. I also don't care for the on screen keyboard but that is just me. The touch screen feature is nice.

the only thing that kept me from giving it a 5 star rating was that in order to use it on my mac I had to reformat it. I was under the assumption that it was plug and play but having to reformat so that I could have write and rewrite privileges.

The data transferring speed is amazingly fast. And it is highly recommended for users who do not wish to have the hard drive capacity of PCs loaded.

My only problem with this device is that I have to reformat it to work with my old macbook before being able to use it. I made the mistake of copying all of my data from my windows laptop first and now I'll have to redo the entire process.

Simple but I returned the item to purchase one formatted for Apple. This would have worked but we just paid the extra 10 bucks...for my daughter.

This device is easy to use, has a nice size memory to back-up all our files. It has a small physical size so it occupies very little desk space.

Salesperson showed this model to me first and said it was equivalent to Seagate brand. I have used both brands for 30 years with no problems.

The drive was easy to set up and use. I was able to combine all my flash drives in one location, and backup important documents from computer.

Have not tried it yet looks like a nice drive light weight compact going to use it to backup my sons xbox games will see how it performance .

Great transfer speeds and almost too light. Can be taken anywhere with ease. At long as this baby last me a while, I will have no complaints.

It is a good and affordable portable hard drive for daily use. The speed is fast enough. However, the only issue is that sometimes it reports not enough space for back-up when there is actually more than a half of space is available.

This is a fantastic product for the money . I got the unit took it out of box and it connect right away with supplied cable and works great

So far so good. There was an offer of a $10 Best Buy gift card for the purchase of this item but I didn't get the gift card. I called customer service more than a week ago, A GC was supposed to be mailed to me..Still waiting for that...

Great value for a 1TB hard drive. Good transfer speed, supports USB 3, and doesn't need external power (it's powered through the USB cord).
