I guess I always want more storage devices. WD has a good reputation with me and I will continue to purchase their drives.

It was a pretty dece hard drive not gonna lie, main problem was that it didn't work with Mac straight out of the box you have to change up some settings here and there, nothing a quick Google question can't fix though.

The product seems to work as stated. My computer crashed and the Geek squad used it to restore my data. The cost is reasonable.

Pre-loaded software making installation easy.great for backup. Had a hard disk crash, didn't back up stuff. Lost everything.

No issues, hard drive plugs right in, uploads and downloads fast. It was a good deal.

The product is very good once you figure out how to use it. I had to go back to the Geek Squad 3 times to get it to do what I wanted-store all my music CDs in a format that lets me sort them easily and build playlists.

I purchased this product to use with my MacBook Air. I had to do extra steps for it to work, which is why I didn't give a 5 star rating. However, this product is a good buy and I have been happy with this purchase.

It does what it should but I hate how I had to use some program they make you download. I really just wanted to plug it in and drag n drop all my important files. The extras are not needed, or should be optional.

Great little drive, fast. Got a great price on sale. Cable supplied with drive is a little short, had to buy a longer one.

I hooked up this machine to my computer to have it as an automatic back ups machine. It does it's job and I'm happy about it.

This was purchased as a gift for my son for extra storage on his Xbox One. It's plug-and-play, and he says it works great.

Now I can back up my hard drive on a regular basis. If my computer crashes again, I won't have to worry about losing info.

Storage has been costly but how much you value your data is priceless. Very portal and fast data transfers.

Western Digital is a reliable brand and this model has hardware encryption, took about 25 min. to backup about 250 gigabytes.

The product does exactly what is expected, is fairly quick for an external hard disk, and the build quality if very good.

Bought it to backup my Surface Pro 4, it has it's own backup program which updates...

i have used this to back up my other external drives. Its a back up for my back ups:)
