Simple and it works

Great backup drive
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was looking for a password protected backup drive and the WD seemed to fit the need. I had difficulty getting the drive to work on both of my PCs and considered returning it. I called the WD support line and they were very helpful and patient in walking me through the steps needed to download their newest software. Now, the drive backs up both computers as desired and I have the piece of mind of having the drive be password protected.
