Called weBoost (Wilson) all they could say was maybe the tower signal was too strong! If that is the case the reciever should have an attenuation circuit. No help with tech support! worked two days trying different config's suggested by tech support. Only good thing was how quicly Best Buy folks took it back and credited my account.

We put this up and now get 4 and sometimes 5 bars it is easy to install..placed it on a pole by the barn and the other receiver in living room..perfect phone service there. If I leave the room or go outside service goes away back to 1 or no bars It is terrific in the living room.

Chose this one which is actually for a small house due to desire to plug it into an electrical socket. Upon van conversion, found that I need to use the 12v cigarette lighter for power upon understanding the power connections for my particular small van conversion.

If your exterior antenna is mounted in a window, you can mount the antenna outside for best results. We also have an internal antenna upgrade (304447) which typically does double the current coverage of your desktop antenna.
