Posted .Our boosters do have to have enough signal to work with, in order to boost optimally. If you cannot make a phone call outside consistently, or have no signal, we do not recommend our boosters. The Home 4G is one of our smallest systems, and is able to cover up to 1,000 square feet. This inside coverage area will greatly depend on what the starting outside signal is. The boost will not always be apparent in bars. We recommend reaching out to us to obtain decibel readings at the home to help determine if there are any changes we can make to your system to improve signal. The readings will also help determine if there is a bigger booster that would be necessary to show a more desirable boost. If you have a poor signal it will boost it but as they say garbage in garbage out. Not the products fault. For the amount of money this cost you would expect more longevity or a better warranty.

It has the best warranty! I was going to go without because of the usual inconvenience to replace if cracked but this one if it cracks Best Buy replaces in store! The signal booster so far seems to make a difference but have not tested it fully in all troubled areas.
