    Lucky to find a week signal at best. Still had to sit near booster to get service at all. Not worth $400

    Very expensive for not much of a response. Even had a pro install it. Thumbs down

    I got 5 green bars on the device but it did nothing to increase my reception. I did all the trouble shooting and still nothing. I got a hotspot and a router and viola”, 5 bars and great reception. The sales person said it was hit or miss and luckily let me return it with no hassle and full refund.

      I apologize that the booster didn't work for you. Typically the green lights on the booster is only an indication that the booster is on and that there's no feedback or overload affecting the boosters performance. The booster could have no signal outside but still be green. I'm unsure of your circumstances that this unit was placed in, but it's not likely that the unit was bad, but it does happen. I am again sorry if that was the case. We would love for you to give it a shot again, however if you found a solution that worked for you then we are happy as well.

    The booster did not increase reception in my house, I mounted the outside antenna on the roof and aimed it per instructions. I had no noticeable increase in signal strength, or if I did it was very slight. Could possibly just be the location of my house in the country. I will be returning to Best Buy, not worth the investment for me.

    This did not work for us at all! We have at&t cell service. We were hoping to get at least a little bit of service, but where we are it's just not possible I guess, with anything!! We had this product for two weeks trying to figure out why and what but we returned it. Really depends on where you are.

    Not worth the $450 it cost. Even with the upgrades,that the manufacturer suggested and sent. Did not amplify signal enough to see any difference. On top of that,had to be within 3 foot of indoor antenna to have it for it to change 2 points! Will be returning tomorrow.

    I have Verizon as my service provider and had 1 bar, the booster did not boost the service enough to make a call. We could at times send and receive text. To me it was not worth the money, the item was returned after 3 days

    Initially it helped, but in a very small area. After 4 months it died. Would not buy it again. Worked very well at thinning my wallet.

    based on the 60 + db gain rating I should have had enough field strength to give any cel phone a 5 bar signal. The GEEK squad installer hooked it up and we got no signal improvement. Big dissapointment.

    The thing never helped and then it shut down. It shut down sometime after I installed it and I didn't know for how long it was off before I discovered it being shut down.

      We are also sorry that the unit wasn't able to work for you in your application. Were you able to contact customer support at all? We are happy to help with any problems that you may have experienced. There could be several factors at play when testing out the booster. It could be our end where there could have been something defective in one of the parts in the kit. The other issue is what the signal strength was outside as well since that's going to be the main factor in getting the booster to function properly.
