    Use at cabin, you have to have your phone within 2 inches to get any reception.

      Thank you for your review.
      I am sorry that the booster wasn't working when you set it up. Typically the antenna should work when it's outside since separation would be an issue when the antenna is inside on the window. You may need 50 ft of separation or more for the booster to work.
      I'm not sure what you mean that it was unable to communicate but I assume that the unit was not working when it should have been. I'm also unaware of the circumstances of the setup as well since that's going to factor in if the booster was experiencing feedback, overload or if there was enough signal outside for the booster to work inside your home.

      I am sorry that the booster wasn't able to work for you in your area. Please accept our apology that our booster wasn't capable of bringing you signal where you needed it most. We are happy to help in any way that we can, even by creating an understanding of how our boosters work.
      We have to explore the possibility that the booster might not have worked because of the area that you are in. The booster might be able to work with a phone call of signal outside, but how far will it travel inside? It depends on how much signal outside is available. That phone call of signal could be 1 room of service or 2 inches inside your home based on that signal. Since we don't have a way of determining that right now, I would suggest that you call in so that we can determine the culprit of why the booster never worked since it could be the signal, or even the booster itself or its parts could be defective in a rare circumstance.

    Installed the WeBoost system as instructed and the device would not power up after only two days of usage.

There are some situations where we can't help, though some may require a different booster to help compensate for the weak starting signal. The weaker the starting signal, the less inside coverage you will see. The better the starting signal, the more inside coverage you will see.     To many wires to deal with. Needs to be wireless so that you don't have all the wires showing.

The wires are necessary to help boost signal in areas where signal wouldn't normally travel to. The signal travels through coax from the outside antenna, which allows us to bypass metal roofing, concrete walls, and more materials that usually block signal.
