Customers are saying

Customers regard the Home 4G Cellular Signal Booster favorably for its ability to improve signal strength, ease of use, and call quality. However, some customers have expressed concerns about the installation process being time-consuming, the price being a bit high, and the coverage area not meeting expectations. Additionally, a few customers have noted that the device tends to get hot during operation and that the range is not as accurate as advertised.

this device works well and I live in the country with a metal roof. I have not had it long but all is good so far. I need to mount it higher but it works fine and it is 7 feet off the ground on my front porch post.

    Boosts connection, Not Speed

This booster powers on and works , it obviously boosts your signal by seeing your phone go from 1-2 4g bars to 5g 3-5 bars ..... But Speeds Have not changed at all, which is the only reason people would buy stuff like this. I get around 20 mbs and a mile down the street they get around 100 mbs , but this doesn't do anything to help with that ?

Works like a champ in remote areas

I live in a very remote area and have to use my phones wifi as a hub for internet, netflix, etc. Verizon at best had 1 bar (around 120 dBm) After mounting the antenna as high as I could, and aiming it at the closest tower, my wifi inside was boosted to 88 to 90 dBm (the lower the dBm number, the stronger the signal) giving me 4 to 5 bars of 4g LTE. The only criticism is that it claims to power 1,500 SF. I have the antenna mounted in one room, and aimed out a doorway into the living room. The signal is a little weaker in the living room (95-98 dBm). However, it still works great.

Put this in a 6,000 sq ft gym. Everyone left their cell phones sitting in the front window in case they got a text or call. Now everyone can walk and talk freely through out the gym. Well worth the investment.

This does what it says it will. I live in the woods and could not get LTE in the house at all. Even 3G was sketchy and I lost calls in some parts of the house. Satellite internet was going to be difficult to install due to all the trees around my house. I mounted the weboost antenna near the roof outside, pointed in the direction of the strongest signal (there's an app called Open Signal that can help you find that). Now I reliably get LTE in the house and can use the hotspot on my iphone as an internet connection. I would definitely recommend the weboost to anyone in a situation similar to mine. Easy to set up and works great!

I bought this and installed it for my Mom. She lives in the sticks where there is minimal (if any) cell coverage. After the install, there signal strength and speeds more than doubled. Worth every penny!

This unit was just what my parents needed. They live outside of town and had poor cellular reception. We purchased this unit and installed it at their house where they had no signal and it instantly gave them about three bars of LTE coverage. I tested download speeds and got over 4mb of speed inside the house. I would definitely recommend.

I live out in the country, cellular signal is hit or miss. At my house I unfortunately had 0 bars 90% of the time, every once in awhile might get 1-2 bars for a few minutes if I’m lucky. Had to use WiFi calling to talk to anyone and that was just ok, could barely send text. So I got this Weboost, was easy to install, if you are some what a handyman. Now I’m getting a stronger 2 bars 95% of the time, might not seem like much but I’m happy with it, working great for me. I turned off my home WiFi to test the cellular data, was able to watch videos and play games, now I can text, send pics/videos and call with no problem. I definitely recommend this product.

Remote property that I purchased had hardly any reception. Let's say "none". 500 sq ft cabin. I now get reception and can use my hotspot as long as I'm near the unit. I'll start losing it when I walk into the bedroom, bathroom or outside deck. Better than nothing!

1200 Sq ft was not big enough

I had to upgrade to the 5000 sq ft one. my house is 1800q ft and the smaller one would not reach to my kitchen. Love the bigger one but still looses boost in the kitchen. At least I don't have to go outside to make a call, just go to the living room. Just not sure the price reflects what you gain. Should be cheaper.

Thank you for taking the time to review. We are sorry to see that the Home 4G did not work for your situation. Our boosters are much like a megaphone, the louder the starting sound, the farther that sound will travel. The quieter the sound, the closer you have to be to hear it. Sometimes we have to upgrade the unit, in order to accomplish more signal inside and compensate for lower signal outside. We would like to work directly with you to determine if there is anything we can do to help your booster work optimally. You can reach us here:

    Poor strength indoor broadcast antenna

First off , the external antenna works great once it is set up in an area where there is decent signal I.e. on an antenna mast . The signal coming into the amplifier test fantastically. However , once it goes into the amplifier and is sent to the broadcast antenna that's where things get crappy. I set my external antenna up outside on a mast and received 5 full (bars) of service off the antenna testing with a signal meter . Hooked it up to the amplifier and the broadcast antenna up the the amplifier and can only get two bats to my phone even when phone is placed in direct line of sight to the broadcast antenna . So, my suggestion would be to try to figure out an interface for an old router that will accept the incoming and outgoing frequencies and use that as your broadcast hardware . I'm still working on that but it's gotta happen after paying unlimited att internet each month and dishing out 427 bucks for this . Be mindful of your coax connectors too they are weak . I used a Newly made cable to prevent as much egress and loss as possible by getting the cable to the exact length I needed .

We live very far out in the country, between hills - This bumped our signal from none to 3,4 and 5 bars depending where we are in the house, no more dropped calls. Internet stays connected on our hot spots. Definitely worth every penny.

This cell booster was at the low end of the price range for boosters but works very well. The area we were in would rarely allow 1 bar before the unit but now is usually 3or even 4 bars
