If your not tech savvy and a problem solver I wouldn't get this product. It works but something in the environment changes, new router or internet, it takes some finagling to get everything back on track. After that it works good.

Set up goes through the app you have to download in order to get it online but the app is very glitchy. Took some time to get it working but now that it’s online, I haven’t had any problems! Currently using it with my echo device to control it.

I have two houses I wanted to use these for and you can only have one house on the app. This results in you having to have two seperate devices for two different houses. I wish they would change this in their app.

I was able to link it to Google Home but it was not as straight forward as I assumed. I needed to first download and install the Wemo app, connect the plug to Wemo, and then connect to Google Home. Once connected to Google Home, it worked very well, and controlling my appliances is now a breeze.
