I gave the product 4 stars because. It took a little while to get both plugs connected to my google home. Which I have used different smart plugs before that took much less time to connect. After I finally got the product to connect it worked great.

Wemo is a well known, highly reviewed brand. I made my entire home a smart home with mostly Wemo products connected to our Alexa system.... however, we have serious connectivity issues... CONSTANTLY! I have been a little disspointed and compared to the other brands I have purchased, this just doesn't compete well. The price is high compared to brands that I have had no issues with and the product lines are much slimmer. In retrospect... I really wish I would have gone with the second brand that I implemented (Geeni).

The setup process for the Wemo plug was a little arduous, but once we got it installed in the Wemo app and synced to Google Assistant and Apple Home, everything was a breeze. I love that our desk fan is now part of our smart home!

I found the WEMO plugs to be pretty good. They could be a little more responsive but they are pretty good considering the price. No 100 percent sure if it's Alexa or the WEMO plugs that lag. Also could have something to do with my internet connection.

The WeMo app, I feel could be a bit easier to program and also it's quite slow, but once everything is all setup it's wonderful. I have an away mode setup to randomly turn on various lights on and off around the house with random lengths of time between 6pm and 10:30pm.

Bought this to turn off and on a table lamp. The app seamlessly integrated the device with HomeKit. Added this to my HomeKit automations and it has work without issues. I have over 30 other lights & switches and there have been no conflicts or issues.

These work very well. It took a little bit of time to figure out the setup when you have multiple versions of these. We've got 6 in our home now and plan on adding more in the future. We operate them through our Alexa/Echo devices as well as with our smartphones and computers.

I purchased the WeMo WiFi Smart switch to control lamps that are not connected through the WeMo Light Switch in our room. Excellent way to automate the lights in our living when we leave and return to our home using the Apple HomeKit.

I don't ever have an easy way to get them connected. This is my third and one stopped working and I can't get one to connect my Google home. I'll keep trying, but it's pretty frustrating, especially because I think they're pretty good.

You have to download an app to your phone to get it to connect. We had it about a week before it stopped connecting. Same thing happened to my brother. He said he replaced it and it worked fine after that.

Purchased this to expand my home automation through Amazon Alexa and the one important feature that I needed was connectivity through Apple homekit. Useing as a power control for a table top fan. Works like a charm! Would highly recommend it.

It's pretty simple -- we're able to turn on and off whatever we have plugged into this outlet, whether it's a light or air conditioner. The only problem is that at times, the app says the smartplug is not detected. Usually waiting a few minutes solves that issue.

We got one of these to run some outdoor string lights and it worked great. When this three pack came available at a reduced price we snatched it up. These work great. Only issue that I have is sometimes they take up too much room on the outlet or off the wall.

This works as advertised, but does not work with Samsung Smartthings as shown on the best buy site. They used to work, but if you go to the smartthings forums, there was an update done that makes these no longer compatible.

we bought this because we thought it would be really great to have control over at least one plug in our house. These are awesome for when it's dark out and you want to turn your lights on without having to physically be close.

The plug works great! Giving it 4 stars because the size of it is kinda bulkier than I would’ve liked. I’ll tell Siri to turn it on or off/ turn it on or off with the home app and it works great.

Work as intended. Purchased for use on Christmas tree, easy set up and no complaints. It would be nice if it came in colors other than white. Stand alone app works great but also integrates with Google home seamlessly.

No bells and whistles on this. it is exactly what it says it is. it syncs great with Google home and works well on my TV with no issues. only down side to the plug is that it isn't pivot-able so it ends up taking up more space than it really needs to.

Connection instructions are vague. Once your wifi is disconnected your WeMo connects to the internet then converts to your wifi. Other than the inaccurate instruction this Smart Plug would have received 5 stars!
