    I hate to give it one star but could not get it to connect. The apps were several and vague. I could not get to connect to any of the 3 apps. What a shame. I took this back the next day and best buy was so gracious and friendly. will try another product

    I want to like them

    When they are set up they work great. But I just can't them to be recognized by either the WEMO app or the Samsung hub. I've spent literally hours trying to get them working. I now have 3 or 4 in boxes that I can't get working. The 2 that did get recognized work fine. Sorry I ever bought these things.

    I bought this Wemo to replace one I lost while I was moving. I could not get it to work or connect with Alexa after many attempts following the directions so I returned it. My first Weno connected easily and worked fine at my last residence.

    Plugged one of these into an outlet to set it up. Setting it up was a bit of a hassle as the app gave problems. But I finally did. The outlet I used was not the final destination. I unplugged it and put it on the dresser til I was able to get behind the bed and plug it into its intended outlet. Tried setting the 2nd one up. App directed me to disconnect from my wifif and connect directly to the device's wifi, then come back to app to complete setup. Successfully connected to device's wifi, but upon return to the app....nothing. Set up did not continue. App did not detect the device. Nothing I tried worked. Plugged in first device that had been set up successfully...now, not detected. So far, , I'd say these are paperweights, but they're barely heavy enough for that.

    Had to be returned. It Never connected to my home network, despite spending several hours on the phone with tech support. I have an old version of this plug which continues to perform flawlessly.

    Was hoping that the Wemo would work, but no luck! The app would not recognized the plug even after resetting the unit. Spent over an hour with Wemo tech support and they could not help! Return the Wemo and got the IHome smart plug which work perfectly.

    Horrible plugs. Hard to update. Will disconnect from wifi and you physically have to unplug them and replug to connect to wifi again. No help when your out of home and can't do that. Slowly replacing them with Amazon Smart plugs

    Bought this to go with the apple pie home for some reason I just cannot get it to connect no matter what I did unfortunately I will be returning this purchase
