I originally went all in on Wemo (switches and plugs) but recent Mini firmware updates have caused issues on my network. Belkin support was slow to help, so I have swapped all my Wemos for TP Link. Problem solved. These worked most of the time but I find the TP link to be quicker to respond when using Google assistant.

Using it to turn plug on for theater system. Works fine. Powers up plug when giving a command to Google Home

Set up was simple and it works well with Alexa. I have been using it for about a month with no issues so far.

Final Step-open Alexia app. go to Smart home and fill in info. Sets up in less that 5 minutes, with an iPad.

Works great with my tv. I use it to turn off the tv from bed. I can also set a timer for when I fall asleep

I was just looking for something that can control my lamp and this product did just that plus more. Set up was very simple. The instructions stated that the hardest part was plugging in the device into the electrical outlet and it really was the hardest part. I was simply looking for something that would automatically turn on/off my lamp at a certain time but this also allows you to pick particular days of the week which was a bonus for me.

It was very easy to set up and works great. The Alexa App quickly recognized it and was quick to set up.

I was pretty happy this thing did not require yet another hub. Setup was quick and easy, too.

Great product easy to install and use. Has a switch on the plug if I want to switch it on/off manually.

This is not necessary but lots of fun. It's great for turning off the bedroom light in bed.

I just got started with the home automation setup and the easiest piece so far has been the WeMo Smart Plug. Just plugin and go! If you just need wireless switching, it's your plug. One downside - I wanted to use it with my wireless router which needs rebooting time to time. Unfortunately, I can't set it to power-cycle when I click a button.
