    Bought two...neither meet expectations

    I bought two. The first one would not set up without changing settings to my Android phone. Called help and they didn't know how to find the settings on my LG V20 phone. Switched to an iPhone and if set up, but neither perform the schedule under the Away mode. They do work with Alexa, but not to what I purchased them for.

    watch out

    It took awhile to link the plug up to my WIFI. Now, I have tried everything to get the plug to work like a timer (turn on at a certain time, turn off at a certain time. However, the thing keeps turning on and off again. Seems like it should be a simple task with an app, but it is not user friendly at all.

    Returning, unable to install

    I just purchased 2 of these Wemo Smart plugs today. After spending 2 hours attempting to set them up, I called the support phone number for help. They were unable to get the plugs to work, this after spending over an hour on the phone! Going back to the store tomorrow.

    Terrible Product

    Purchased two in July, the first one stopped working in August, past the time to return, the other one died in September. Would not purchase. Wasted several hours trying all the fixes, nothing works. Also contacted Belkin and never heard back from them, very poor customer service.

    Never works when you want

    I bought 3 Wemo plugs around Christmas. Since then I have had to call support several times because they were not working. Come to find out their servers were down both times. This past time they were down over 24 hours.

    Works great for about a week

    Stopped working after about one week..switch turn on and then off within 10 seconds. Bought 6 on sale...all do the same thing Using ios or android; even tried different routers.

    DO NOT PURCHASE WeMo Mini Smart Plug

    DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM! Unable to get the unit to work on a Sumsung S7 smart phone and a WIFI network with a VPN client. Spemt several hours on phone with Belkin tech support.

    Needs some good setup information.

    I love the product but the setup information is lacking very badly. What is a rule??? How do I reset. Guide me through the setup. Takes three days to read your minds!!!

    Couldn't even get the app to connect to the plug
