We bought this TV for our 7 year old for Xmas the buttons on the remote are simple so she can get on Netflix or Youtube by herself. The problem is that it will not connect to our Wifi. We had to run a line from the TV to the modem. Now every time she wants tie watch TV we have to connect it to the internet. I don't consider it a smart TV if its not smart enough to find the Wifi signal.

The picture was fine but the inability to add new channels was not worth the savings over true smart tvs.

This is a gift for Christmas , buying on line and pick up at store was very convienient

I got this tv for my 5yr old as a Christmas gift. This tv is correctly connected to the internet and pandora plays great. However netflix and youtube DONOT. my purpose of buying this smart tv was so that my son can stay off of my tv and have his own. Donot purchase this tv. The YouTube,Netflix and other apps donot work. My son and i are totally disappointed.

Really this tv was the worst. I bought it to play on my PS4.the screen was so dark I got a headache trying to see the picture. the whole screen was muddy and very unclear. I changed all the settings but nothing helped. I really wanted to keep this tv because of the price ( great sale) but I took it back and purchased a sony tv.. you get what you pay for.. If your budget is around this price, try to pick out another tv as this one is not a good picture tv.

I probably got a defect one, and it was only working for less than 2 weeks, and then it only shows green color, no matter what you playing. Pro: 1 Cheap price, for a 1080P smart TV for just a little more than 100$ 2 Easy to setup,without manual, I did set it up in 15 mins 3 Sound is decent for this size TV 4 Picture is very good(while it was working). At bestbuy, they put all 32in TV in the same shell, I cannot tell the different between this one and Samsung or Sharp. Con: 1 it is not very smart TV. Only a few app, and you couldn't install any new app by yourself. 2 This "smart" TV is not very stable. sometime, TV got frozen by itself, while playing youtube, and I had to unplug the power. 3 Remote control is kind of lag, and you have to press it many time for load "youtube" or "netflex" 4 Quality control maybe not very good Overall, I do recommend this TV, if you just use it as basic TV.However, if you are looking for a smart TV, I would suggest go to some others brand or get a Roku stick..

tv sucks didn't work more than a day before the mother board failed.

Purchased this tv based on a fantastic price for 1080p resolution. The setup process did not generate any channels. Went back to Best Buy and the staff were similarly unable to get the unit to work. They recommended alternative brands at lower resolution citing inconsistent quality with this brand. Now pleased with the alternative which worked immediately.

You get what you pay for... it's slow and requires a wifi password every time you use Netflix.

A couple other reviews stated that this TV does not have a digital tuner, but that is not accurate. It does have a digital tuner, and I have used this TV in a room without cable to get channels over the air. An antenna is still needed to pick up channels over the air with the digital tuner (the digital tuner just eliminates the need for a digital converter box needed for the old CRT TVs). This is a good Smart TV at a good price. Great picture, 1080p. It supports several popular apps: Netflix, VUDU, YouTube, Pandora, etc... My only complaint is that does not appear to allow for installing additional apps. I would like to install Amazon, but can't seem to to it. I can live without it though, since the TV does support several other apps that I use more frequently. I would give this TV 4.5 out of 5 stars.

The TV is well made, great picture, clean sound, user friendly. It works well with over the air local antenna, no cable box. 3 HDMI and a USB lets you stay plugged in, great monitor too. Using it in a 10x20 office and the sound is crisp and clear. Limited Smart skills, in fact it's not so much smart as 6 apps loaded. There is no web browser so apps it's loaded with is all there is. Few minor inconveniences, it does not save wifi password so turning on the TV and hitting netflix never actually launches it. Remote is generally uncooperative and there is no mute button. All that being said, this picture really is nice. If I chose again between westinghouse 1080 32'' LED regular or smart, I'd get the regular and use a fireTV, ROKU or chrome stick with it. Would cost less over all and get a lot more smart options. I'd still get this westinghouse TV though.

Needs more features on remote You have be really good technical person in order to facilitate the Westinghouse brand, as well needing cable box.

I bought this tv for myself to put in an extra room. Just now opened the box and the screen is cracked in several places. I am very upset.

At first I was not sure if spending about half the amount of most 32 inch TV's I was looking at was going to satisfy me in this purchase!! Like the picture quality and sound and remote along with it being a Smart TV and the resolution being 1080!! To my total SURPRISE this $120 dollar Westinghouse is all that and MORE!! It took no more than three minutes to attach the sturdy legs and plug in the cable!! My living room/den is not small but I was very surprised that this 32 inch is just right for my space! And happens to fit just right in the entertainment center I use! For this price I really have to compliment Westinghouse for providing a very good quality product!! I am in the end phase of redoing my kitchen and while walls were down I had the sound men run wires for a wall mounted TV. I am going to go with a larger size Westinghouse for that room!! I am simply a very pleased customer. For all you get here for the price I see no reason for spending perhaps twice as much when you really are getting it here!! And trust me here I usually am one who thinks the more you pay gets you more of a product!! I think I may be wrong here!!

Tv would shut off every 5 min. Very annoying. Also not all APS Hulu, etc could be downloaded. Returned item
