    2 things I cannot figure out

    This is a 1080 hi def unit, but my screen says its only 480!. cant figure out why or how to change to 1080. Also will not let me adjust the hue. When scrolling down, it skips over the hue and wont let me land on it so I can adjust. Just wrote Westinghouse tech support on this. Otherwise I do like the TV. Just want 1080DPi and to be able to adjust the hue

    Dec 2021: Tv used almost 5 years then it started turning off by itself after 30 seconds. Tried to soft reset or by unplugging when it is ON to reset but did not work. Tried the remote to reset but it is jumpy and manu is often unresponsive. It could be the power supply board.

    A 32 inch, 1080p Smart TV for a little over $100? Are you kidding?! This is an awesome television for the features offered. This truly is a BEST BUY and I am excited about this purchase!!!

    Only 6 apps, no "mute" button.

    Set up the TV today and had only 6 apps (YouTube, VUDU, Netflix, AccuWeather, TG, and Pandora). Called Westinghouse and asked them how to add apps or to get to web browser. They said this model does allow for either. In addition, remote control lacks "mute" button.

    Great price if you don't want to actually use it

    Just bought this tv today and am extremely disappointed. it will not work with internet no matter how I connect. I've connected using wifi and LAN and it always says it's connected but nothing is working. My internet is working fine with any other device, but even when I disconnect everything else the tv won't connect (even though it says it is connected to the network). Spent 30 minutes on the line with customer service with no resolution. They had me walk through everything I had already done and nothing changed. I have now wasted more than 2 hours out of my day going to the store, choosing a tv, and sitting on the phone with customer service only to be told that there is nothing they can do and I will have to wait 24-48hours to hear from a next level technician. Then - when I requested to speak with a supervisor I was told there was none available. This was my first westinghouse purchase and difinitively my last.

    I attempted for over an hour and one call to the company to set the TV up. The legs do not fit with the screws provided. I boxed it back up and will be returning it tomorrow. Never had a chance to see it on to check the screen clarity, Just not well thought out. I was cranking very hard and the screws would not go in. I was afraid any harder and I would damage the TV.
