the first one delivered was damaged and had to be returned, the replacement unit was fine. Other than that we're totally satisfied with this microwave...it works and looks great!

Easy to install and work great easy to operate and no problem to clean

Microwave works great. It is quiet and easy to use. One thing I noticed -- and really like -- is that if you do not take something out right away, it does not do that loud annoying beep. It is just one subtle short beep to remind you. I did have some trouble installing it as the holes I drilled using the template did not match up. Not sure if I lined the template up wrong -- or if the template was bad.

Fits perfect above stove. Easy to use. Great for older people to use.

It arrived quicker than expected and so far works great. It's quieter than our previous one!

This microwave is a good size and controls are very good but the only thing missing that I've had in previous ones is being able to turn off the turn table. When using a large dish too big to spin, it works to take out the glass plate and guide rail, but that doesn't work if the dish is too small to fit across the opening of the glass plate to sit above the turning center.

This microwave outperforms my expectations greatly! It was an easy mount, the hood works amazingly, and the microwave is one of the best I’ve had!

I purchased two of these microwaves and both had dents in them. I kept the most recent purchase because the dent was on the side that is against the wall.

Nice over range microwave, easy to hang and install. Only downside was it doesn't have the 1-6 minute express cook like our old one did but not a deal breaker.

Took out my old one down and had this one up in under 1 hour, easy hook up just need some new holes and put up new bracket, much better then the maytag we had before.

microwave looks great and is very quiet. the installation by best buy was a good deal. this unit replaced an older micro which was smaller in depth and height.

I have no complaints About this microwave it has enough power to accomplish most any task and is quiet when running.

My old microwave just couldn't handle one more bag of popcorn! I am so pleased with this replacement... its easy to use and looks very nice in our kitchen!

This microwave looks beautiful in our kitchen and simple enough for the kiddo to use. I wish there was a beverage button, but glad to have the 30 sec button, we use that almost daily. Also didn't see a way to stop the turn tables from turning if I have a large dish or warming up 2 plates in there, which is a feature I would like. Overall, I would recommend!

This oven replaced the original put in my house 25 years ago and boy has it made a difference.. So much more powerful and loaded with advanced features

This microwave is the perfect size and looks great. It's easy to operate as well.

Purchased this one after our last Whirlpool above the range microwave stopped heating things. This works great so far. Only criticism is that if you set the timer it only beeps once when it goes off. Maybe there's a setting to change it. I didn't look. It does what it's supposed to do.
