A good refrigerator for cold things, but a tiny inadequate freezer. Drink dispenser is okay, but ice cubes are half the size of a regular ice cubes. When the compressor is on you can really hear it.

Only problem is that it does make a noise constantly. I am trying to buy a filter wondering if the is the correct one for it? EDR1RXD1

Sale process was excellent. Updates were excellent. Product is good. Delivery was excellent. Doors/handles aren't even.

Only have had it a couple of days, which is why I gave only 4 stars. So far no issues. I hesitated getting this refrigerator based on reviews saying it made loud noises. I have not experienced any noise other than when the ice drops into the container and the water runs into the ice maker all of which is about 30 seconds if that. I doubt that there’s any ice makers that can drop the ice without making noise.

Fits perfectly! I love the sleek look of the ice maker/filtered water. It really is a good quality appliance. Plenty of shelves and drawers.

Bought my Whirlpool refrigerator because it was top rated in Consumer Reports. It is so much better than my previous refrigerator I paid twice the price for. Added bonus, finger print proof and gorgeous!

So far I am pleased with my purchase. Works excellent. I don’t notice excessive noise with the ice maker. The only reason I gave 4 stars was due to the shelving units in freezer. It should have included more shelving units. To buy additional units is pretty pricy. Other than that no complaints.

"Installation" was by two truckers. After a complaint, a second set of truckers spent more time arguing that nothing could be done than they did in leveling the fridge. The ice maker is noisy. There is more noise off and on from some function. The meat drawer binds rather than slides smoothly. The fridge is still not level. Yes, the floor is uneven but the screw devices on the fridge do not have the range to overcome this; our prior refrigerator's levelers took care of that. If this was a $100 TV, I would have taken it back but the logistics of trading out a refrigerator have resulted in a decision to live with it but there must be a better counter depth solution out there somewhere. I would happily pay more for quieter ice maker, leverers with more range, drawers that pull in and out without binding, and a refrigerator that operates silently.

had it about a month now - Ice dispenser is very loud !! and the covers for the lights are vary cheap and not long enough they are very loose fitting. Freezer could use another shelf or 2 - cutting my own out of plexiglass. only good news is that the price at best buy has gone down twice since i bought it and they have price matched both times. picture shows how bad the light cover fits - i have tryed sliding it over but it is a bit short.

I bought this refrigerator to match my whirlpool appliances, but I was really surprised by the color. It’s more of a space grey than black. The space in the refrigerator is smaller than I thought. Best feature is the water and ice dispenser.

perfect size for counter depth and height. love the Measure fill option! put a 22oz glass in the water dispenser type in 12oz ana walk away!

Just a little loud when dispensing ice. Nice, slick design.

Perfect size for my basement. I entertain alot and purchased the full Whirlpool suite of appliances. The style along with functionality works well for me and my guest

Thank heavens Best Buy has an awesome return policy! I bought the wrong frige, it was huge! Totally my fault but just take a look at the differences between the 2 in the pictures. The fridge works great and the exchange/delivery went perfectly.

There is not enough I can say about this refrigerator. It is roomy, bright and works great. Ice maker is perfect.

At month 14 of owning, the ice maker quit working. After googling, I quickly found other reviews with the same problem. The hard plastic around the freezer door hinge pinches the wiring component and eventually cuts the wires. Initially the ice machine quit working and now the entire mechanics of the ice maker is defective. I have called Whirlpool several times to check on a recall but there are none at this time. The customer service rep has told me this is a problem and they receive call. Unfortunately Whirlpool has been of no help in offering fix and I have a non-functioning ice maker after 1 year. I could never recommend this and would have a hard time recommending or buying future Whirlpool products.

Love the clear see/ thru plastic drawers. Should have had one more self included as there is a ledge for it. Did not have the referenced filter piece (approx 2x3”) mentioned in manual on the inside. I will call to see about ordering the piece. Water does not come out cold initially-unlike previous ‘fridge. This may be an energy saving step? Overall, very pleased with it.

Ice maker is great, produces quickly and purified water is cold and taste good
