You have to hold the glass up to the top and really press hard for the water to come out. Also, it makes a humming noise the whole time the water is coming out. Other than that, I’m satisfied with my purchase

The only problem is when the motor kicks on to make ice It is very very loud. I did call once and talked to someone, but I did not get any help from them. Unfortunately, they were very hard to understand. I will call again and try to get some help from whirlpool.

Looks and feels of poor quality. French doors do not line up evenly and freezer door is so hard to it pulls the whole refrigerator out.
