To much black surroundings the stainless. Our kitchen has white cabinets and we wanted stainless to compliment them but, installed our kitchen took a black on white appearance. Not what we wanted.

Impossible to use back burners with large skillet or pot without scratching the back panel. Whirlpool absolutely no help! Seems that someone got across because they now make a little guard for other models. So disappointed with Whirlpool and Best Buy with this purchase!

It started smoking like a chimney. That was just the beginning. After it had been on for a while, the front of the oven, and the knobs, became so hot, that I burnt my fingers on them. It is the same thing every time I use it. Be very careful if you get this oven.
