    Horrible oven. Everytime the burner kicks on inside oven there's a very loud clicking and the unit does not burn the gas properly because the whole house smells like gas whenever you turn it on.

    Delivered wrong one dont buy from best buy. It's been a horror show . Been wait 2 months they delivered wrong stove

    Looks great. Incredibly difficult to clean. The convection oven has never worked. In fact the oven in general isnt great. The cheap plastic knobs all broke in the stem the first month I had the range, even the ones that I never used. I had to get my son to 3d print replacements because the cost of the same cheap knobs was something like 340$ to replace them. I will absolutely never buy another Whirlpool appliance ever. Period.

    I am a long time whirlpool customer but when its time for me to change my older whirlpool range to newer model i bought this one but as i realize this model itself is a defected model. the finishing of this product specially oven door is horrible. Within a week best buy replace this product twice both time the door itself is defected.Both time the oven door on the left side has 1 inch gap and specially the front stainless steel door panel looks like it coming out from the corner and when i went to check best buy floor model i figured all of them has the same issue.All of them look like stainless steal panel from the door is is coming out from both corner but it should be intact. We customer don't want this kind of problem in a new whirlpool range. i still love my old whirlpool range model but this one is definitely a error from the factory . A company like whirlpool should be more careful when they put a new product like this in the market. I recommend whirlpool but not this model. Thanks to best buy for taking care it for me i am switching this time from whirlpool to samsung and also i want whirlpool stove designer should look at the door and find out the problem what i am talking about and fix it.

    This range is dangerous

    We really like this range, but it has one fatal flaw. If you lean against the knobs, the gas can turn on without the burner igniting. This is especially a problem if you have a microwave or cabinet above the range, and you have people or children reaching over the stovetop. We had a earlier Whirlpool gas oven that locked out the cooktop but for some reason this model did not have this feature. We found out the hard way. Once the gas was for for a couple of minutes. Last night it was on for several hours and we went into the kitchen and found the room was full of gas.

    Bad Product - Bad Customer Service

    Had this stove delivered 3/24. Had it professionally installed by a licensed plumber 3/25. Used it for the first time on 4/01. Everything seemed fine. The next day - error message flashing. Call Best Buy - Nope - call Whirl Pool. Call Whirlpool - appointment for Tech. No show. Scheduled again. Fixed it. Next day. Same error msg. Was supposed to be there today between 10-2 - No show. So here it is 5/10 - still no stove. Called Best Buy Cambridge - too busy will have someone call me back.

    Baking Noise/ Smell unbearable, manufacturer MIA

    I don't know why I haven't read about the sound this oven make, click, poof and then it hisses until it reaches the temperature . This happens over and over during the baking process. Not to mention that the chemical burn off is still giving me headaches after running the oven for a long period of time two days in a row.
