This washer offers me excellent capacity for large loads along with great agitation for an HE washer. Lots of settings to handle all needs and super convenient for introducing soap, softeners and bleach. Truly does a great job and is super quiet too.

Great washing machine. Does not wobble while spinning like the GE i bought before. Does not have a digital timer but i don’t need it anyways. Easy to use with all basic wash cycles. Clothes come out fine after the spin cycle. I have washed very heavy blankets and it does the job perfectly.

I've had it a few weeks and it works great, has mor space inside than what I expected.

I previously owned a Whirlpool top load washing machine, no agitator, and it was an excellent washer until it got old. I decided since my kids have left the nest, that I no longer need a high-end washing machine so I purchased this much simpler machine and it does the same excellent job as the more expensive machines. I would highly recommend.

Great washer and it’s HUGE! Perfect for my comforters, coats and anything else I need to wash. And it’s so quiet I thought it wasn’t working the first time I used it.

It seems to work well. It does make some noises from the belt turning it. I see water entering the tub but don't see accumulated water in the tub, with so little water for the items to agitate in, I question how clean it actually gets stuff. Without a center agitator and next to no water, the water does not wildly swish around. It doesn't move the water rapidly like a front load washer. It seems fine but if id known these things about it I don't believe I would have purchased it.

It holds so much! I bought open box which had a dent but I don’t mind as long as it worked.At first I tried to do a small load it seemed like it wasn’t working but then I did a larger load and it works so well! It’s super quiet too!

Like how it has a large barrel and it's super quiet. The only thing that I don't like is that it does not have a timer.

Great washer, gets the job done. Fits king king-size comforter easily. It has all the extra settings you will ever need and then some. Delivery and set up were a breeze.

Does the job, you can fit a good amount of clothes into one load. the only thing I don’t like is that there’s no screen to keep up with the cycle time, and is a bit loud when spinning at the end of the cycle.

Ended up switching from the brushed black to white at the last minute, only because the more I thought about it, I hate how badly scratched and white pet hair show up on our other black appliances so why would I want to add another!? Only difference is color and texture but is an awesome washer and does GREAT for our active family of 6!

I really like this washer. It works exactly as described, and I like that you can check the progress of the wash cycle through the top. It's relatively quiet, uses a small amt of water for each wash, and get's the job done. I'm glad I purchased this brand.

Brought it brand new from Best Buy 4 years ago! Thankful i have a home warranty. I have had 3 boards put on it in the 4 years and a new motor! Plus orher parts in bottom of machine! Went to do laundry today and wont kick in to wash cycle. I’m so over this machine and am shopping for new. Disapointed that i heard Magtag is going under in the USA. Maybe if they built strong like in 1950’s they would be still on business! I had issues like first remarks on page!

So far, because the machine is new, it works well. We’ve only had the machine for about a month so I wouldn’t expect the machine to malfunction. Delivery and installation of the machine was fast and efficient.

Great capacity. Quiet. Super improvement from prior washer.

We did not receive the model we saw on the showroom floor and ordered, it had a removable agitator, bucket fill option, etc. The one received has no agitator at all and no bucket fill and I’m not certain what other differences there may be, not to make waves, we accepted the products (this also applied to the dryer as well, different).

Its huge, do it can handle a large load if clothes or bedding. It is very quiet and my laundry come out nice and clean.

So far so good, I would definitely recommend whirlpool products, I have notice my electricity bill has dropped and my laundry has been smelling and looking awsome, I’ve also notice how quiet our new washer is running. I am so appreciative of the recommendation from the Best Buy store, they customer service has always been the best!
