Sopping wet clothes

The clothes are sopping wet, literally dripping with water so you have to do a spin cycle on top of a regular wash or you put them in the dryer for 2 hours. Either way you spend more electricity and time than with another washer.

Washer snd dryer

Best Buy told me they cannot fix it since I did not have the warranty. But I did have the warranty with Whirlpool , just a long process . Other than that washes clothes, great .

Great washer

The only negative is the sitting water in the detergent dispenser after use. I have to manually empty the water out after each use. Otherwise, great washer.

DO NOT BUY

It does not fully submerge the clothes in water even with the deep water setting. The barrel became unbalanced even with a light load. And it is not sensing the clothes or locking the lid. They are selling faulty products for this machine to be BRAND new it should not have as many issues as it does!!
