Dishwasher is far more efficient. And a faster operating unit. Extremely satisfied with my new purchase!

I would shake a lot until I stopped it and started the cycle again. It took two hours to get it to complete the cycle.

Best Buy told me they cannot fix it since I did not have the warranty. But I did have the warranty with Whirlpool , just a long process . Other than that washes clothes, great .

The only negative is the sitting water in the detergent dispenser after use. I have to manually empty the water out after each use. Otherwise, great washer.

The only issue I have with it is that it seems that if you don’t press the fabric softener button it doesn’t use the fabric softener. Maybe I just haven’t learned to use it yet, but that is my only complaint
