It's a good machine works great but just shy of having it for a year a hose broke. Whirlpool came out and fixed it but be prepared you have to show them a receipt before they will work on it.

Wonderful and big enough for everyday jobs. Reliable

Wife and I did months of research and ended up with this mid price Washer. After several months with the Washer I can say that this is a good Washer. All the complaints about the low-water usage not washing clothes well is greatly exaggerated. I found that the Washer cleans very well. My only issue is the control panel is a little unclear (i.e. choosing spin-only cycle).

Maybe I need to read the manual again but the way the cycles are named on this washer doesn't really make sense. "Mixed", "Casuals" etc. doesn't really explain what that means. The dryer has opposite cycle names so it doesn't help. It works well, cleans clothes but does make some popping noises during spin cycles. The tub is huge so it holds a lot of clothes!

This top loader holds a ton of laundry. We can get done twice as much done with this vs the old one. Very quiet too. I plan on getting the matching dryer soon. A++ washer!!

This is a great washing machine. Large enough for a family of four and two dogs! Only small issue is I have a hard time picking up socks at the very bottom of the drum, not necessarily a problem of the machine, probably just me (I'm 5'5"). LOL! My mother wouldn't be able to get all the clothes out of the machine (she's 5'0").

We decided to purchase this washer after looking at all the reviews and feel decent about the decision. Appliances aren't made like they used to be, and we all have to deal with that so we bought the warranty. Pros: Large capacity so I can wash the comforters with no issues. That I really love! Not too loud except sometimes when it's fully loaded, but that's not too common in our household. Cons: Based on new design, you have to be careful when washing dark clothes, such as men's dress shirts or blouses. You need to make sure to pick the "delicates" cycle or else you will get white detergent stains all over. I read this in other reviews and couldn't believe it until it happened. It's just a matter of following the suggested wash settings, but I guess not as intuitive at first. Overall I would recommend and have been using it roughly 3 months with no issues.

My washing machine broke, this replaced it and makes the prior one look like garbage. Quiet model and easy to use. I’ll be buying the matching dryer soon

I'm very satisfied with this washer. Capacity is very big and easily loads a king size comforter. I especially like the deep water setting that allows the clothes to agitate better. I only wish it had a manual spin only setting.

It is a nice large size and cleans very well. it is louder than other washer we have had.

The capacity is amazing, what required 3 loads with our old washer only takes one. Also does a great job getting clothes clean.

I am not sure that this washer gets my clothes as clean as my old one did. Not sure it rinses as well either. I love the extra room ( I can do my sheets & blankets easily), but I think the old agitator may have improved the level of cleanliness.

Although it takes a bit longer to do a load of laundry in this, it is really a wonderful washing machine. It is quiet and it holds a lot of laundry, including a king size comforter. It has taken a bit of getting used to with all the electronic controls, but I like it a lot!

Huge load capacity. Actually much bigger than I need but that makes it easy to wash once a week or so. Very quiet.

This washer is quiet and seams to thoroughly wash the clothes and is large enough to do blankets.

This washer is huge, and you can do a lot of laundry in one load. We like the delay start on this machine. Like I said earlier this machine is huge. I am 5’3” and have to stand on my tippy toes all the way to get all the items out. This nachine has no agitator, which I believe twists the clothes more than a machine with an agitator. Also, I was able to get a rebate for 50.00 from my electric company. I would revommend this washer.

Very happy with the machine. very easy to use. bought it and added 3 years warranty. I was told in store that warranty is on top of the manufacture one year, but it seems that it was 3 years total.

We have been satisfied to date, with no real problems with the units.

This is a great washer. Perfect capacity for a large family. This washer is extremely quiet.
