This is a replacement for the eleven year old model I have really loved from day one. The replacement has an easier command board to use, but I'm not liking the drying results. The casual setting can't be used with steam which would be useful for dress shirts and pants. I'm having trouble with finding the right combination of drying temperature and steam setting to get the wrinkle free clothes that I am accustomed to getting with the older model. I so regret not just spending the 200.00 to replace the main board on the older model. The new model works on the older pedestal even though was told it wouldn't work. The new version dries great and is quicker than the older version. The interior drum light is great and better than on the older one. It's a great dryer in general if you aren't concerned with business clothes being unwrinkled coming out of the dryer. I would recommend this dryer in general though.

Dryer looks good and elegant. Works great and very quiet

So far has worked very well. The washer is noisier than i expected when it goea at full speed. Reminds me of an airplane turbine heard from a distance. Still not sure about the steam part. Whenever i select the option in the knob, the stean icon actually goes off. Will tesy that more and come back

I'm very happy with the steam cycle on this dryer. I had some slacks that accidentally left in the dryer at the end of the cycle and they were very wrinkled. I put them back in on the steam cycle and they came out perfect.

Very quiet an the steam feature is a must have. Best buys service is excellent and the manager Dave in Wentzville goes above and beyond to make you happy

9/02/2016, I purchased an open boxed Whirlpool Duet 7.3 Cu. Ft. 9-cycle Steam Electric Dryer due to our other dryer just stopped working one day after many years of usage & besides this was several hundred dollars off regular retail. This dryer is working awesome so far, all the additional features are great, so far I've tried them all. Our laundry is done in less time, plus my clothing is less wrinkle, smelling cleaner too.

This dryer has my clothes dry in record time. I love the steam feature.

The dryer works great. Has lots of room and dries clothes quickly.

Easy install, works great and quiet! Would highly recommend.

The washer and dryer don't do the clothes as fast but they do handle them very gently which is great for the dress clothes and the baby's clothes.

Had a great experience in store with a very knowledgeable salesperson. When my wife is happy with the product I'm happy. All is well in our house.

We originally chose the Samsung washer and dryer but then we had to change to the Whirpool when the Samsung appliances were going to be delayed for delivery due to availability issues. We are happy we had to make the exchange. Our Whirpool appliances are great. They are elegant and very efficient.

Think twice...do you really need it? It's like a formal dining room that you might use once at Thanksgiving...

Owned for 2 months. I bought the washer dryer combo and zero issues. Both work well, are fairly quiet, and clothes come out clean and fresh. 4 stars because of delivery. Both were not delivered as indicated by best buy when I ordered them. Manager at the store where purchased was also rude.

It quite and is capable of drying large loads of clothing fully.. love it

i could sit and watch it spin stuff dry. it's like a spaceship and race car all in one. My kids are so tired of hearing me tell everyone about this thing they roll their eyes the minute i bring it up in conversation. it's that good.

Dryer will stack and save room in home. Installed and dreys as should.
