Great Cleaner!!! A+! I was looking for a versatile cleaning tool, and the WORX Cordless Hand Held Steam Cleaner is just what I was looking for. I have a really busy schedule and try to make time for cleaning when I can, but sometimes it has to be done right away. I specifically needed a cleaner that could handle various surfaces, including floors, carpets, and couches. I have cats and we do have to clean up the occasional (actually more frequent than I want) hairball. It was ready and easy to use right away! This steamer is small and portable and gets ready to use really easy. You add distilled water to the container which clicks on really easily. I've used it to clean and refresh my carpets and upholstery, and it is great for the cats and the mess they make. A significant time-saver has been its performance in the shower. My shower has a grout finish that I was using a toothbrush on to clean and make the grout lines white. That was a long process, but with the WORX steamer, and the specialized attachments, this job is really efficient and easy now. The hand held steamer sits in a charger easily and charges pretty quickly. One charge lasts quite some time to clean several stains over a few days. The included attachments are various shapes to use on specific surfaces. The grout brush is excellent for straight-line cleaning in the shower. There is a scraper to get gooey and sticky stains cleaned up, like the honey spill on the tile floor. There's also a circular brush that I've used to clean spills on my car's upholstery. For surfaces like upholstery and carpets where you want to maintain the integrity of the material by using a softer touch, the cloth-covered attachment works well for steam cleaning. Overall, the Werks handheld steamer's size and effectiveness is great. It is compact enough to fit in my pantry so I have easy access to it when I need it. It's a capable and straightforward cleaning tool for my use around the house. I totally recommend this for easy and effective steam cleaning!

I’ve been using the WORX 20V SteamStorm handheld steam cleaner and honestly, it’s been a really handy little tool. It heats up super fast and puts out enough steam to cut through grime on my tiles, shower doors, and even some spots in the car. I love that it’s cordless, because it makes moving around so much easier without having to deal with a cord tangling behind me. It’s lightweight too, so I don’t feel worn out even after using it for a while. The water tank isn’t huge, so I usually need to refill if I’m tackling bigger areas, but for quick cleanups it works perfectly. The different attachments are actually useful, especially the grout brush and the scraper, and I’ve found myself switching them out depending on what I’m cleaning. The battery life is good for normal jobs, though if you’re working on a really large area you might run it down faster. Overall, it’s not some heavy-duty industrial steamer, but for everyday cleaning around the house it does exactly what I need and makes things a lot easier without having to rely on harsh chemicals.

This is a handy cleaning tool. Areives quick, easy assmbly out of the box and ready to use. We have used it several times to clean the cars and its so handy. It holds the power, last a long time and has many useful attachmants. My son is loving it for detailing all our cars!

Fantastic Battery Operated Steamer. This steamer creates a high pressure steam to clean whatever you can imagine. The attachments included create a versatile tool for steaming a wide variety of spaces.

Completely worthless. The steam just barely trickles out of this thing with about as much pressure as a steam iron. I got around to trying it out and immediately knew it would not work out for my needs. Unfortunately, I found out that the return policy was only two weeks and now I’m stuck with it. I was shocked to see this considering 90% of products like this and most retailers offer at least 30 day returns.
