I've been using the Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 3 for everyday tasks, and it's been a solid laptop for the price. The AMD Ryzen 5 processor is fast enough for web browsing, Microsoft Office, streaming videos, and light multitasking. It boots up quickly thanks to the 512GB SSD, and there's plenty of storage for documents and photos. The Full HD display is clear and bright enough for indoor use, and the keyboard is comfortable to type on for extended periods. The laptop is also lightweight and easy to carry around. The only downside is the 8GB of RAM, which can feel limiting if you keep dozens of browser tabs open or run more demanding applications. For everyday productivity, though, it performs very well. Overall, this is an excellent budget-friendly laptop with good performance, fast storage, and reliable battery life. I'd definitely recommend it to students, home users, or anyone looking for a dependable everyday laptop.

I bought this Lenovo laptop from Best Buy a few weeks ago, and it has been fantastic for my daily routine. The setup was incredibly fast right out of the box. The performance is snappy—it handles having multiple browser tabs, streaming videos, and running document apps all open at the same time without any lag. The keyboard lives up to Lenovo’s reputation; it’s super comfortable to type on for long periods. Battery life easily gets me through most of the day on a single charge. Best Buy's ordering process was seamless, and it arrived right on time. If you need a reliable, fast laptop for work, school, or casual use, this is a great pick. Highly recommend!

It’s light weight, big screen, and excellent battery life. Very easy to set up, and very easy to customize to your liking. It is a great value for the price!

Works extremely well. Light, weighs very little. Color is gorgeous. Has plenty of storage as well as RAM. Highly recommend if you need a great laptop for a cheap price.

Battery life has been better than most iv had and works great for streaming and gaming. No issues so far and i love the size and full keyboard just wish it was backlit

Fits my needs. Needed a laptop to replace one that could not update to Windows 11. Much faster, smaller and lighter

So far so good. Purchased in June 2026 for my mother who has very limited computer knowledge, and she had been using an ipad for the past 6 years instead of a computer. I easily set up all her apps and info and she loves it. The battery life is good and it's lightweight which is helpful with her limited mobility.

The only downside is that the 8GB of memory can feel limiting when running many applications or multitasking heavily. But considering the price, it is still solid.

I got this laptop for a total of $519.59, and I got to say it is worth it. Let's start with the obvious, the Numeric Keypad. The keypad comes in very handy if your lifestyle consists of numbers everyday like me. It’s smooth just like the main keyboard, and there are no struggles or delays when typing or using the keypad. Reason #2 is because of the storage it contains. In my case, I got extra storage via USB Flash and an SD Drive of 64 GB each. All in all, a lot of storage (even including the cloud storage of Google or One Drive) because this will now be forever laptop until it dies just like previous one (which lasted 5 years with me) and with a lot of storage I can make type of lots of word documents or make a bunch of workbooks for my personal use. I also like the color of the laptop, the blue of light, giving me dark aqua vibes which is cool (blue also happens to be one of my favorite colors). The inputs on the side are also nice as there is the HDMI, USB C (not for charging) the USB x2, and the SD Card input. The downside of the laptop is the keypad has no lighting so you're going to have to bend your screen to the point where you can see the keypad or pump up the brightness to see the keypad if you don't have it memorized. The second downside is the color exposure on the screen, it gives out matte vibes and it’s something I need to get adjusted as my previous laptop had A LOT of color brightness on it. Still an adjustment to make but for that, it will take time. The RAM Memory on this thing is also nice, not much delay on the websites (Edge for me) while streaming and having multiple tabs open. Overall, if your lifestyle consists of typing a lot via documents or excel sheets and just doing your casual daily personal business, I highly recommend this laptop, it has some beneficial uses to it. Please note, the word gaming was not mentioned because I didn't purchase this laptop for gaming purposes but instead for personal business and to stream movies - shows and writing documents at the same time.

The laptop was brand new and the color loos even more beautiful in person. Ghe specs are really good. I bought it for my studies and its perfect. Its lightweight and the battery lasts really long.

The Ideapad Slim is just what I was looking for. As I am getting older and my eyesight is not like it used to be, the screen size is just what I needed. I am also using it for work and need the large memory that it has.

Great laptop. Fully functional for online school work. Have not had and issues. Battery lasts long enough without having to excessively recharge. Great for the price

If you’re a student like me and you can do everything even like gaming it’s a great price. It’s pretty quick. I didn’t have the issue with it. The battery last long too totally worth it for the budget, friendly laptop.

Performance is on par with what it is everyday task, haven’t been able to tax it yet but runs smooth. Battery life is ok not bad, looks good normal daily duty laptop

The computer is the perfect size for back packs, the speed is great for downloading coursework and other items for projects
