I purchased an Xbox One 1TB along with the 24-month Xbox Ultimate plan from Best Buy and couldn’t be happier. The console runs smoothly, has plenty of storage for games, and the setup was quick and easy right out of the box. The 24-month Xbox Ultimate plan is an awesome deal — having access to Game Pass, online multiplayer, and all the extras without worrying about monthly payments is super convenient. It’s perfect if you want everything bundled together in one purchase. Best Buy made the whole process simple, and everything was ready to go without any issues. Highly recommend this bundle for anyone looking to get into Xbox or upgrade their current system.

I have bought this package deal every two years since December 2021. I got one online in November and it would not startup during setup. I took it to the store in Monroe, LA and Carl the manager MADE IT RIGHT!!! He told me it would be after Christmas before I got it but they expedited it to my house and BOOM it was there a whole week BEFORE Christmas!! Thank you Carl you are an awesome manager!! Xbox works great!!!

The user API of XBOX is not very user friendly to many windows to click on and too many layered of security to even access the console not to mention the game play toommnay wondows to navigate and even to download a simple game. PS5 make it smoother and user API friendly.

I've done this twice now, I set it up for auto pay and forgot about it. When it was paid off I signed up again haha. I'm pretty sure the people hating just couldn't get approved for financing. Why else leave angry comments on something you didn't even buy haha. Get that score up and try again haha. For the price you get an amazing deal and access to everything Xbox has to offer.

The graphics are high quality. It doesn’t overheat like my old Xbox one s. Overall extremely happy with my purchase.

Pros: bundle with Game Pass for 2 years, large library of games, exclusive games. Cons: still can’t get used to controller - too big and too loud when pressing the buttons.

Love the system! And being bundled with Game Pass Ultimate is what ultimately led me to get this package (because I was going to get game pass anyway) There are a ton of games to choose from. The only drawback for me personally is I'm not a huge fan of the controller compared to the PS5 controller, still very serviceable and does it's job. Awesome system overall!

My son loves it he likes to play older single player games on disc so it’s perfect and not having to worry about subscription fees for two years made it a perfect graduation gift for all of his hard work . Like me after a hard day work it’s nice to get lost in a game for a while.

Finally had to break down and buy a new one because the old one stop connecting to the internet and it was a standard Xbox one. Picture is 100% better and it’s a lot faster

The newest Xbox with 2 years of Game Pass, a great investment that will keep you gaming for quite a while. Can handle the biggest games Xbox has to offer very well.
