From the characters, plot, and the beautiful animation this film has it all. I'm glad we got it on BluRay here in the states. This is a must buy!

I heard the hype. I watched YT videos about it. Then I bought it; watched it, & fell in love with it. The quality of details in background visuals, voice talent, and story are wonderful. Makoto Shinkai did exceptional work. We can hardly imagine how it could get any better if he had more time to be completely happy with this film.

The movie itself is fantastic and a great time for the whole family. The steelbook is also beautiful, but had a slight bit of damage on the spine. However the scratch is not very noticeable, and I do not regret my purchase at all. I would highly recommend this to anyone.
