I bought an open item of this exact model. Received a heyday case inside the zagg box!! Customer service DOES NOT HELP they won’t help. They said they don’t help with open box items that I have to go in person!!! Ok so finally I have the time to go in (which I bought online for a reason-I don’t have time to go in) so in person, do you know how awkward it was? And I felt offended because they didn’t believe me! They went through so many “managers” and at the end they just said ok we can accept the return and I had to pay the difference between the open box and new option. Honestly I would have just ordered another open box but in person to really check the item BUT I DONT HAVE TIME! that’s why I ordered online , so my trip to the store that there was no wait line took 45 mins! BEWARE OF ORDERING ONLINE THEY DO NOT HELP AND HOW CAN THEY BELIEVE YOU! I don’t know what happened but obviously someone is NOT checking the items inside the box and I didn’t have to open the box-you can see the phone case from the box! It was completely different! . I would rate the whole horrible experience a zero! I called customer service again because in person really made me feel like I was doing fraud! Hey I’m the one who received the wrong item!!! I’m the one that someone did fraud to! I know this because I asked why was it taking to long I let them know that I have called as soon as this item arrived to my home to call Best Buy customer service to check my story if needed. But nope. The manager from the store didn’t even bother to come to talk to me. I felt awkward and felt like I was a thief instead of the victim so I felt obligated to buy the new case so they won’t think I’m the one who switched the other case! IF you do receive the correct item it does look nice and kickstand helps, the fit is perfect but my only worry is the clear. Will it be clear for a long time like the description states? I don’t know yet.

I just got the iPhone 16 Pro and the Crystal Palace snap case with kickstand by Zagg has all the features I wanted in a case. The case is clear so I can see the phone through it, it is MagSafe compatible, and it has a kickstand for hands-free viewing. The case adds a little bit of bulk but not a lot of weight to the device. There’s also grip texture on the bottom half of the left and right sides, making the phone less slippery to hold in one hand. The case is mostly rigid save for the areas around the buttons and cutouts which flex slightly. All the buttons are easy to press through their covers, and there are cutouts for the camera slider, charging port, and bottom mic and speaker. The case adds a beveled ridge around the front of the phone to protect and lift the phone off a flat surface when placed face down, and the same is true for the camera lenses on the back. There’s enough height to use a screen protector with a bit of clearance as well. The main drawback is dust and debris can get visibly trapped between the phone and the case and tends to collect around the rear camera. The metal kickstand works well in both portrait and landscape orientations. It doesn’t matter if the stand extends from the top or bottom of the case when used in landscape, though I found it easier to adjust the viewing angle when folded out from the bottom. If you want to use your phone while propped up in portrait mode, tapping and swiping doesn’t feel as stable without your hand supporting it, though I’ve not had the phone fall over while free-standing. I do like that the stand folds away securely and is flush with the case; the hinge feels sturdy if a bit stiff but is still relatively easy to pry open with your fingertip. The MagSafe ring on the back worked well with my compatible accessories including the phone mount in my car and portable wireless charging battery pack. The magnetic hold is firm and strong, and the phone won’t slip off the accessory without intentional pulling to remove it. Wireless charging speed appeared slightly impacted though, as the phone tells me that it’s connected to a “slow charger” versus charging without the case. The other thing I noticed is that certain reflections off the back of the case like a monitor or TV will create a rainbowing effect and fingerprints and oily smudges appear readily on its surface. The case is very scratch resistant though, and I haven’t seen any micro-scratches appear on the clear plastic despite frequent wiping and cleaning. The durability of the case is rated to protect against 13 ft drops since it is fortified with Graphene (Mil Std 810G 516), however, I haven’t had occasion to experience this first-hand. The case is also supposed to be resistant to yellowing as it ages, though only time will tell. The case comes with a limited lifetime warranty against wear and damage for the lifetime of your phone. So far, the case has served me well in the few weeks I’ve had my phone, and I feel confident in the level of protection it provides. I also appreciate that over 50% of its construction includes the use of recycled materials.

The first thing I noticed with the Zagg Crystal Palace Snap case is it feels thicker than my previous case. But it feels more solid, more protective. It does add more weight overall on the phone as well. The side buttons are still as accessible as before. The camera control on the iPhone 16 Pro is still usable just like before. The case does not affect its functionality. The fit is good. It is a bit tight when installing it on the phone but it is straightforward. I just slide the phone in from top and work my way down to the bottom. It did turn on my flash light a few times. Removing it may be a bit challenging as it has a very tight fit. Hopefully you do not have to remove it often. Magsafe works as expected. I think it is more accessible if that makes any sense. My Magsafe phone mount in the car seems to grip better with this case. I can still charge wirelessly also. It just works. I like the case. But keep in mind that it becomes a little bit more bulky and there is a noticeable weight increase. The kickstand is an added benefit. It works both landscape and portrait.

The case is robust and fits my iPhone 16 Pro perfectly. Side buttons feels great and has a generic hole cut out for the dedicated camera button found on the latest iPhones. The case is rated for 13ft drops and has raised bezels on the front and camera bump areas but nothing for the backside corners. The grips on the side are tactile enough for a secure grab but low profile enough that it won’t snag on my pockets pulling the phone out. The kickstand is the star of this case and its very well engineered. The kickstand is aluminum and provides the perfect viewing angle in landscape mode. It can even keep the phone vertical too. With the kickstand, the back of the case is a tad thicker than standard magsafe cases and therefore adding a bit more weight to the overall package. This case is perfect for those looking for a case with a built-in kickstand, magsafe magnets for mounts and chargers and drop protection. The case is also ultra-clear so you can show-off the color and details of your iPhone.

I’ve been looking for the perfect case for my new Apple iPhone 16 Pro and the ZAGG Crystal Palace Snap case just might be that case. It’s MagSafe compatible, clear colored and has a built-in kickstand. Design – As this case is made for the iPhone 16 Pro, it fits firmly around the phone and all of the opening are aligned perfectly to the different control buttons, speaker and charger ports. The clear design shows the MagSafe ring and allows the color of the iPhone to pass through. ZAGG claims the use of three anti-yellowing agents will keep the case clear and prevent yellowing over time. It definitely has more protection built in than some of the other available cases. Its edges are almost squared off to provide the added protection. Although the case is smooth on the back of the case, there’s a texture built into the edges of the case that provides a secure grip when being held. The best feature, however, may be the built in kickstand. It’s a brushed metal that looks great and allows the phone to be used in landscape or portrait mode. Performance – The ZAGG Crystal Palace Snap case is easy to install on the phone, the grip is secure with the textured edge and the kickstand is easily opened and closed. As mentioned, the ports and control buttons align perfectly and make using the phone as easy as if there’s no case on it. I do like that the case is raised above the phone screen so that it protects it when the phone is placed face down. The raised edge around the camera lenses offers the same protection as it sits just above the lenses. Pros: - Secure fit and protects all aspects of the iPhone - Aligns perfectly with all buttons, speakers and charging port - Textured edge for a secure grip while holding the phone - The built-in kickstand is a game changer - Clear material to show iPhone’s titanium colorway - MagSafe compatible Cons: - Haven’t found any Overall - The ZAGG Crystal Palace Snap MagSafe iPhone 16 Pro case is the unicorn of all the cases available. It fits my iPhone perfectly, looks great, functions well and the clear material lets the iPhone titanium colorway shine through. Having the built-in kickstand is a game changer for me, as I use it to stream and for video calls for work and leisure. I would certainly recommend this case to any iPhone user.

I’ve owned a few ZAGG screen protectors over the years, but this is the first case of theirs I’ve really noticed and have tried. When I say noticed, it’s because the sturdy kickstand built into the case is something that immediately caught my eye. Having a kickstand built into a case that ALSO supports Mag Safe charging and accessories means that you can free up your Mag Safe pop-sockets and kickstands behind. This frees you up to charging, snapping a Mag Safe wallet to the back of your phone, or adding countless other Mag Safe accessories. As for the case itself, it is very robust (for lack of a better term). The bumper is made from a relatively thick rubber that provides a bit of screen/bezel protection. The back plastic is very clear; ZAGG says that it uses three anti-yellowing technologies to keep your case clear. From my initial testing it doesn’t seem like this case is going to yellow at all, or at least not nearly as quickly as other clear cases I’ve had in the past. All of that said, this is a relatively thicker case than most because it has to house the hinge and kickstand on the back. Given the tradeoff in thickness, ZAGG states that the case is strengthened with graphene and can survive a 13-14’ drop. I haven’t personally tested this, for… you know… reasons. But I should hope the case is pretty strong for its bulk. The kickstand has been nice for streaming content while cooking, or to kick it back and watch YouTube while typing away at work at your desk (with headphones on so you don’t disturb co-workers). It’s great for media consumption in general. I’ve wanted a phone case like this for a while but never justified getting one. So, when I saw this one, I knew I wanted to get my hands on it. I can tell you, having that kickstand built in while supporting Mag Safe is so under-rated, but so dang useful and should be reason enough to get this case.

I've had this case for 9 months and it's still in excellent condition, no yellowing at all. It has sufficient grip for me. Even still, I've dropped my phone a couple times with this case on and got no damage. I love the kickstand on it, and would buy this again.

Quality that you can feel and see than the ones that are clear and cheap and become yellow. Plus, the stand is a plus. The case looks crystal clear, and that's what I like.

Good quality so far has taken a few chunks out of the case from a fall and I do notice that the only screen damage points it slows is in the coroner’s and on the sides but your cameras and center of your screen are safe

Sturdy case with decent projection. The kickstand does add extra thickness and weight that isn't too great. It works and is convenient, just added more bulk than I prefer. As with most ZAGG products, they're about 50% over-priced. Only good thing is buying two items at BB gave a 25% discount.

Just purchased the Zagg iPhone case. My needs where to have a case that would protect the phone, be thin enough to still fit the phone/case in my pocket and have just enough grip to help hold onto the phone. Some other cases are too slippery. This Zagg case is great. Haven't really needed the kickstand yet, but it does work in case I chose to use it. Great product.

Kickstand is super useful, and the thoughtful design/high quality of the materials used is noticeable. Definitely recommend - Zagg products always deliver!

I purchased this case for a new Iphone 16 pro. I typically buy an Otter Box but was attracted to this due to it's similarity and 13' drop protection. It also was discounted as part of a bundle with a glass screen protector. The combination of these products look great and will clearly protect my phone from drops and damage. The hidden gem that was discovered that I really love is the kickstand which makes propping up the phone for viewing videos or taking pictures a great new addition.

I love this protective case for my iPhone. It fits nicely and is made of a semi-pliable material that is strong enough to protect the device and provide some shock cushion if it's accidentally drop or hit. It has a builtin kick stand the works nicely when propped up for viewing on my desk without having to hold the phone. It has WIFI changing capability as well. I highly recommend.

I purchased this OtterBox case for my new iPhone 16 Pro. I really like the compact slim design but best of all it protects the entire phone. This case is clear and really adds to the look of my new iPhone 16 Pro. The OtterBox case is made well and fits perfectly.

I’ve been an Otter Box user for a long time and I’ve finally gotten tired of my inner shell breaking and the hoops you have to jump through in order to warranty a 60-70 dollar case. This case is amazing. Mag, clear, kickstand ( which is amazing for my job). All around great case so far

So I ended up buying a new phone and decided why not a case, not only is the case see through but it’s a hard cover having kids use my phone and when I’m doing work I’ve dropped this phone and when I’ve picked it up to see if my phone was cracked surprisingly it was fine I’ve dropped it 6 times and I’m preppy glad I have this case. Five/five for sure
