within 24 hours marks started appearing with normal use on the screen. One sopt in particular is exactly where calculator total is and its difficult to see the final number. You would think for the price it would at least last a month without t needing to be replaced. Sorry I purchased the phone itself because this issue goes along with the phone. Had I realized I wouldve made a different purchase. This is my 3rd screen replacement since I bought it. Very upsetting.

Had to return to Best buy as there were bubbles between the phone and the shield. It took a total of 4 tries before the shield was installed correctly.

The shield does not stay adhered to the phone well.

I returned this, and the second one that I did not open, to the store. It smudged evry time it's touched and almost could not be wiped clean, did not adhere to the sides of the Edge screen ( this part is not entirely their fault, why Samsung chose to make another Edge screen for any of the new phones is way beyond me) however, that said, it is very expensive, and not worth a dollar, much less $45.00. Each. No thanks, do not buy this product.

I got this on our new phone because glass won't work but this one has been an issue only good thing is I can take back to store to replace

Too easy to get scratch . I bought this and pay for put on but 4days later i shows screen have scratches .

A pain to put on the phone. Several bubbles show up after applying that eventually lead to rips and tears.

The screen looked great for a few days until it started getting scratched. It hasn't cracked, but the scratches make it look very ugly

It doesn't even fit the screen. The corners are black which actually makes it worse by blocking off part of the screen. Really hard to peel off and put back on. Glue is extremely sensitive and will pick up anything. Honestly the worst screen protector I've ever installed. The "hybrid glass" is such a gimmick and this screen protector shows all the dust and fingerprints on it. Cheap plastic is better than this.

Purchased this product a couple months back. Protects against scratches just fine. However, I dropped my phone onto the face, about a 2 ft. drop, and it cracked the screen on my phone. There was no damage to the protector itself, but what's the point of spending the extra money on "impact protection" if it doesn't actually protect against impact. Product is too soft to do the job it's sold to do.

There weren't any instructions, and when off part 1 the adhesive was leaving marks on the protector. I'm not sure what they're calling the material, but doesn't seem any different than plastic or any better than a ten dollar protector.

Doesn't allow phone to read your existing fingerprints or to setup new fingerprints.

So the Zegg glass protection was worth the 50+ money for it, as not only it's lifetime warranty, but they ship you a new one for only 5$... Well now is 10$. Buying my galaxy 10+ hybrid glass screen, was one of the most disappointed screen protector ever.... Is not even phone case friendly, so with your phone case on, the screen creates air bubbles on all 4 corners.

screen seems to already be scratching and the install was not that great.

I bought this item and additionally paid a fee for best buy to place it on my device. Then I put my phone in an Otter Box case also purchased that day at Best Buy before walking out the door. Three days later I tripped and my phone fell literally 2 feet and cracked. I will never use this product again.

I actually hate this. I follow the instructions and still got poor results. When it is so difficult to get right to a normal user of many products....then it needs some help. I got it misaligned with air bubbles. I have had better luck with cheap covers. I will use it until I can no longer stand it.

Bought this one for my bf. Since it was the only screen protector available but doesnt even stay on. After a few days it starts to slide of screen. I dont like the hybird. I have got the glass ones those work great but they didnt have it for this phone.

Very disappointed with this brand. The edges do not stay down on my Galaxy S10+. Returned 1st one and had associate put it on 2nd one for me thinking 1st one may have been flawed. Edges still did not stay down. Can't return because associate assured me I didn't need the box so I now have no box to return 2nd one.
