I’ve misplaced the names of the people who helped me, but they were attentive, and I got results quickly. So this store and staff gets the highest rating from me!! On the other hand, the product (an iPhone screen protector) cracked within two weeks ... first time that has ever happened. I will need to replace it again. Hope I get the same great service.

Hade to purchase again, which was costly. A Best Buy Associate put it on both times and could not understand how it came off.

downgraded because of supply issue

I was told they're out of them but they would install this one. Well the first cracked in one week and they installed a second. We will see what happens but I really want the original. I understand supply issues but I am not as happy about this one. Fortunately they are replace free
