Customers find value in the product's excellent screen protection and durability, with many praising its perfect fit, clear display, and the convenience of an installation kit. The lifetime warranty and reasonable price are also frequently appreciated. However, some customers encountered issues with bubbles during installation and adhesion problems, while a few desired more comprehensive instructions.

Original Zagg broke after several months of use. When I went in to get a warranty replacement, the original was not available and this was the replacement. The new one lasted a little over a month. Replaced again under warranty. The phone screen was protected, not a scratch. We’ll see how long this one lasts.

I would recommend this to a friend

Two months in and my screen protector cracked. Reached out to Zagg online and had it replaced under warranty for $20… so definitely NOT free. That’s where the issues began. They sent the wrong screen, it arrived late and was cracked. No big deal. Mistakes happen. Then I called Zagg and spoke to Thom — arguably the rudest customer service representative ever. He insisted there is no way it was cracked … keeping in mind screens ship in flat cardboard envelopes via fedex. Then he argued it was the right screen when clearly it was not. When I asked for a replacement screen to be sent he rudely said “No” and then laughed. I asked for a refund and again got told no. So morale of the story is if you are okay dealing with Zagg’s non-existent warranty then it might be an option.
