Geek Squad Service

Those guys in the geek squad were not very friendly at all‼️‼️ They kept looking at their watches and rushing me through trying to explain what I needed. I was there Thursday and there was a white guy and a brown guy and all that was answered was one thing. I pay for the services and I feel like I get squat when I come in there‼️‼️ I am 69 yrs old and I don’t want to have to learn a lot of new things.

Not a hard fall but rather hit some change in my bag and sent it to a huge shatter. More disappointed that it was completely ruined rather then just a crack.

Replaced for an additional $10 I don’t think that’s right.. Best Buy should offer an additional warranty.. had to drive to Fairlawn to replace.. not happy
