The lady was very nice and just ordered me a new one that was shipped to my house.

I was sold a plastic one by mistake so it was replaced by the right one of tempered glass! The Geek squad really helped me by installing the correct one after they realized the mistake. I thought it was my phone screen cracked but it was actually the screen protector that was cracked. I never dropped the phone or anything for the screen protector to crack like that. It looks really bad and actually looks like the screen is cracked. It’s a waste of money if you ask me.
