When discussing the reimbursement on my 11 that I traded in for a 12 would not be given to me in a lump sum but spread out over 30 months a person could die in between you are A a deceitful organization . You all should be ashamed of yourself to treat the public so poorly locking them in for 30 months to get their money back it is disgusting .

Mind you the phone screen itself didn't crack but I expected the protector to last a bit longer than a month since it cost $30. Will purchase a different protector this go round.
