Got a little chip in it that spread to a giant crack. Hadn’t dropped my phone or put it in the dreaded back pocket either but there it was...needless to say I will NOT be buying this one again

Shatters Easily

I bought the screen protection service from Best Buy so I can go in and replace it when it happens, seems like it happens more often then normal. I'd recommend it if your going to get the Screen Protection Service along with it. If not don't bother.

Not the same product

I actually had to return the item the first time because it was defective to the point where they forgot the glue or adhesive for the sticky side of the glass. Someone dropped the ball on this one. Better quality control needed.
