went there to get a battery for my phone. the rep examined my phone and told me to make an appointment to have it fixed as the installation of the battery would take some time. I made an appointment for the next Sunday and arrived on time. the rep saw me and told me that they did not have the necessary battery in stock. A rep called me and told me that the battery would arrive by the next Wednesday and he would call me. No phone call - no battery - poor service

This item was advised by an associate to purchase. It was a very unnecessary item and a waste of my hard earned money. This item when applied to your phone does not let you navigate thru your phone screens with ease. It should not take anyone 10 minutes to type in a single letter. I was unable to return it because you cant return something that has already been applied to your phone. . Unhappy with this particular item Ed

They shouldn’t charge you to put on if you ask ! 7 dollars for 3 minutes of work when they’re sitting around most of the time is ridiculous.

glass is scratched - this was not disclosed. Very disappointing. box was ripped and damaged.

It went on nicely, no problem. My granddaughter was happy and the extra money for the warranty has come in handy, due to her screen being damaged a number of times. Bringing it in to have it replaced, without an extra charge was worth it!!

Wasn’t happy with the quality for the price. Has to return twice. I eventually just bought 3 for 6 bucks on line.

It is already cracked. It supposedly has a lifetime guarantee but it is less than a month and the replacement fee is $8

Very sensitive and not the best for fitting and bubbles either there or remaining.

Product was received damaged. Sent it back through process within 24 hours. It was acknowledged returned and statement saying allow 5 days for refund. After 12 days I inquired about refund. CSR via chat could give 2 you know what’s and told me to check with bank. NO It was purchased using BB credit card! Therefore YOU check!

Not very durable. Cracked after 2 weeks of use. Don’t waste your money.

I am not sure it’s zagg- there is ni cutout for the ear reciever

it cracked within 2 days. never dropped it just had it in my pocket with my pager from work and it cracked.

We purchased this item (which was more expensive than other brands) because it claimed that it was extremely difficult to break, but it already has a crack even though the phone has a protective case. It also stated it would be replaced if broken. How can we submit a replacement request?

There great to have, there warranty is wonderful. But plan on replacing every other month. They do not last

I would like it to cover more of my screen. Other than that I like it.

Costs the same as it would for any other iphone like the 11, yet they do not include one tool that makes it much easier on the other phones and that is a scraper to smoother out the bubbles. I ended up tossing it in the garbage as it had too many bubbles. Why charge the same amount, but withhold the one tool that helps it make a successful application?

Not happy. Already replaced twice in 6 weeks. Would prefer a different shield if available.

Screen protector doesn’t apply easily and creates bubbles

makes the screen unsensitive and therefore its pain but other wise its ok
