We have never had a problem. If one of us dropped a phone by accident the original phones glass was saved but the screen protector ended up cracked. With there awesome warranties all you have to do is pay for i’m handling and will send you a brand new one for free!!

I dropped my phone at the airport yesterday and not one scratch, scrape or imperfection is visible. Furthermore, I was able to get a replacement from Best Buy within 30 minutes of arrival. Get it and get it here!
