The bumper is good and protects the watch well, but the glass shield continues to have bubbles in one corner. I took it off, re-cleaned the watch face and reapplied and still bubbles. Touchscreen does work great. Also got it for half price so I will keep it. Not worth full amount!

I just installed this case/protector, so this review is my initial reaction. Bottom line, slightly finicky to install but if it holds up well, I’d say is worth 5 stars. Not to mention, be sure to register your product after purchase for lifetime warranty. Zagg is expensive, but this investment is worth it, I think! For looks and esthetics, I say A+. The instructions are very thorough, but slightly misleading. First, the install tray doesn’t “click” on, and I would recommend to be very careful when taking off the Step 1 sticky film (to not bend the protector at all). The other note is that the squeegee provided was just a tiny bit too big to “sweep” smoothly with the installation guide on, but I think I managed to get all of the bubbles out (via the sides, not the corners like the instructions say). This is the new model of screen protector, but I think they just reused the instructions from the former model. The pictures on the instructions are not the same design. Another note, one should be careful when installing the case after the installation of the adhesive screen protector. This is why I docked a star. My first attempt to add the case (following their instructions) yielded the screen protector’s bottom corners to come up from the pressure. (They suggest putting the crown side in first). What I ended up doing was fitting the bottom corners first, then sliding the crown into the cutout on the side, and sliding the last corner into place. That time I did not disturb any of the adhesive corners on the device. Hopefully any mishaps from my first attempt to put on the frame don’t yield any future bubbles or failed adhesive. Time will tell how this holds up! I would say that the feel is great. I love the soft shell silicone for the outer case and the screen sensitivity feels good so far. Overall, I recommend!

The bumper works great but the screen protector doesn’t adhere well to the whole watch face.

I love the "bumper!" I don't have to worry about cracking my screen as I'm going about my day. It's been a year and still looks good. Hasn't turned yellowish. No issues and easy to attach.

I like to gage the face protection in case of scratching or breaking.

I absolutely love it! It is hardly noticeable and fits quite well over the watch. However, it receives a 4 rating as I struggled with the set up so, I actually had my nephew install it on the watch. That process went real smooth. Enjoy!

Exactly what I’ve been looking for. The clear bumper basically disappears around the watch and since it doesn’t just snap on the front there’s no way to loose it without knowing. The existence of the bumper also makes it nearly impossible that the screen protector could get caught and pulled off during the day. I wasn’t sure at first about my ability to still use by dial but after a day or so I adjusted and bonus points my watch doesn’t randomly ask me things during the day when I push it accidentally.

Invisible screen protector for my iwatch…very disappointed that it lifts off edge very easy….best button has done its best to install but it hppenedvto both shields I bought…lost the first one off watch..coyld not send for replacement so bought second one with outside guard but in less of a week it did same thing.. it is not a Best Buy problem but a product one..I’ve ought ZAGG shields for all my products and never had a problem before

It’s nice and easy to put on iwatch. Just the side long button from iwatch it’s kind of hard to push in.

It is very easy to put on and fits great. It clearly mentions how to avoid getting bubbles while installing and I just did that. So I got no bubbles. Happy me!

I like the way the glass fits snugly to my iWatch with the gold bumper. My watch looks very stylish.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Difficult to apply and it lifts on the sides immediately. I’ve had 2 replaced under warranty. Free but it costs $8 for shipping. Tires of looking through a screen with lint and dirt stuck to the sides. These photos were taken 1 day after install.

My fiancé loved the watch! The staff was excellent as I was buying it for him and they explained everything I needed for the Apple Watch to work with my network carrier. At first I was nervous but the staff assured me everything would work and it did. So glad I came to Best Buy and made my purchase here.

Has been working good but the bumper gets dirty easily and the screen cover is plastic instead of glass and has bubbles I cannot seem to get out. Overall, an average product.

Crystal clear protection that does not take away the look of the watch. Touch sensitivity is excellent.

This is a horrible product. Regardless of whether you follow the directions, you can not get air bubbles out... and even when you smooth them out they grow. I’m not sure if there is a better brand out there, but this is definitely not worth $30!

Bumper is amazing and I absolutely love the way it looks. The screen protector on the other hand didn’t stay on for more than 3 days. If it would be possible to put put the bumper on without disturbing the screen protector it might work better.

It would have been very difficult for me to install the shield. I asked Geek Squad and they installed for me. I wear all the time and am active in my garden so watch gets abused. Shield has a few scratches but has stayed in place. Dirt is building up under the protective case and I will need to remove, clean and replace shortly. Overall I am well satisfied.
