Very strong and rigid im very satisfied, much better than previous version of glass shield and 100 times better and stronger than amazon tempered glass in my opinion and my experiences

This is the 2nd screen protector I've had to purchase for my phone. It has been very durable. Bonus is that Geek Squad tech support will apply it on my phone for free.

Everything needed to prepare and apply was included. The frame and squeegee made it easy to apply correctly, although it took a little patience to smooth out the bubbles.

Super easy to use! We have used this constantly since we bought it. Only downside is having to look up recommended cook times and temps online. But i still feel lile it deserved 5 stars!

I bought a charger and screen saver for my new phone. They were exactly what I ordered. I had the screen saver installed in store. It was quick and perfectly fit. Very pleased with both.

On every phone I have had, I have used ZAGG shields. They have all held up. One was replaced at no charge. Never had any screen damage on any phone using them. Great product.

Disappointed with this "hybrid" screen protector as it shows a greasy and cloudy look often. Cleaning it helps for a short amount of time. My last screen protector stayed much clearer.

Excellent product and bought on sale, so cant beat the price. Best Buy will also install/apply these for you for an extra charge...but if it breaks its free to replace!

Peels at the edges, finger prints, other then that it’s on there, not worth the sale price I paid, went on horrible.

The screen seems to be of good quality. That is if you can place it on your device. The instructions state that, and I'm paraphrasing, the screen protector to be applied will hang just over the phone's screen when placed in the four holes (two at the top and two at the bottom). The item will touch the screen right away and the holes do not align either. You are therefore left with a screen protector placed when you lowered into the preliminary position, without the time to align it and control the application. Suggestion for the seller: include two screens. I believe the reason other sellers do is to cover issues like the one I ran into.

Excellent value and service. Will and Cherub in cell phone department were patient and knowledgeable. Helped me with the relevant accessories for my new cell phone. I will be back.

Not my favorite screen protector. Probably the most problematic one I have ever used. On the plus side, it provides good protection. It is advertised as "glassfusion" but it feels much more like a film than glass. Application requires EXTREMELY steady hands as any touch touch between the device prior to the proper positioning will create bubbles. Any spec of dust or dirt that was missed will create bubbles. Some screenprotectors are more forgiving of minor mistakes, this one is not. There are free replacements but be warned you will pay about $7 for shipping each time. I would prefer an actual glass screen protector.

Has worked well to protect my wife's smartphone from drops. I have used their products for years, and it has protected all of family's phones.

It’s the best screen protector for the S 21 and it would last you so long and it also comes with a lifetime warranty so every time you break it you got a fix it from Best Buy

Easy install with their template/install jig. It does what it is supposed to do, but I prefer the tempered glass protectors that they used to make. These "glass fusion" protectors tend to delaminate.

I like my phone but I am having a hard time getting used to it. The sales associate was not very helpful in helping .r. she did5 seemed interested in helping me.

So happy to find such a great deal on my new Samsung S21 phone.The person that waited on me was so great. I will come to Best Buy for my next phone.

I wish the price was fair enought but is not for that small item. Dont like thr quality though and fingerprint does not work on my phone well.
