Softer than glass shield. Gets marred and scratched easy

Cracked withinmonth. Good part, with geek protction, they replace it

Plan to return it because it is not what I was expecting.

This thing was complete garbage. It did not work, was not easy on any way shape or form. I had to throw it away because when got it on the screen it already showed that it was cracked and messed up. DO NOT GET, might as well throw your money away.

I have had to replace this screen protector numerous times.

I work in IT and have installed pallets worth of phone protectors over the years. This is by far the worst for your money. It's a dinky plastic film with an improperly sized applicator that makes it impossible to apply without bubbles or dust even with the oldest tricks in the book. The screen clarity is terrible and the protection is only good enough for light scratches at best. The edges don't stay glued down and let all kinds of dust and hair get trapped after it's applied. It would be a ripoff at $15, the $40 price tag should be illegal.

It's OK, only because of lifetime replacement guaranty.

For the price it works no better than a cheaper one.

It looks like it is peeling off already in the bottom corner. Not sure if it is from the folks at the store who put it on or the product itself. May have to take it in for a replacement. I have only had it for 4 weeks.

Dropped phone twice ! Screen protector looks horrible !

Don’t quite agree with the new way to put these on.

I dont like how the screen is easily smudged. The only way to not see smudges is to clean with microfiber wipe. I have had two other screen protectors on this same phone and did not have this problem...

Setup-installation was a big problem, Peeling Tab 1 didn’t leave 2 layers (protector & guide) but left one layer (guide). Since we didn’t know this, we had trouble getting the layer to stick to phone as it wasn’t the sticky protection layer. When we recognized that the protector had come off with the Tab 1 layer, we separated the protection layer from the guide layer and struggled to apply the Protection layer without the aid of the guide. Then we had to work for 20-30 minutes trying to remove the bubbles, most gone, still a few.

Easily scratches, gets lots of fingerprints and has too much drag. I bought a different product as this one is horrible.

Terrible. I paid for the more expensive ZAGG for their reputation and this product doesn't meet it. The adhesive used is way too weak and immediately ruins the install process. They give you an alignment tray to line up the screen protector before pressing it down onto your screen. However, the adhesive holding the screen protector to the plastic is laughably weak. As you place it into the alignment tool, the screen protector peels away from the plastic and lands right on your screen, immediately ruining your install.

The shield was awkward to install without any bubbles. The corner is already starting to peel off. Disappointing for the price.

It gets so dirty fingerprints and even when you try cleaning it with included dry cloth it's hard to clean and you get smudges seems like it leaves or attracts oily residue!

Terrible product I have used this for 4 months it is lifting and bubbling do not buy this huge waste of money!!!

This case applied pretty easily, but was full of bubbles (I tried this protector on two of the same phones and was the same for both). It does not feel like the advertised "glass properties", rather more like rubber to the touch, with a little more smoothness. I don't feel like this protector would offer great protection if dropped and ultimately returned it.
