It took a long time to get the protector to stick and hour later it fell off.

Too small, doesnt fit right. Peels right off. Easy application however.

Extremely difficult to put on. I tried twice & ended up throwing it away.

Would not stay on. Lost it! A complete waste of money. Very poor quality!

The Zagg-Invisible shield has poor glue to attach to the Fibit.

Horrible Product Instructions & Online Video... FIRST, their website's ONLINE Videos are not for this particular HD screen protector product, much less for the Fitbit Charge 2 HR. There is not an updated video for this particular product design. It's overpriced and is no better than the lessor expensive ones, that Best Buy doesn't carry. And Best Buy only offers this brand. The reviews for this product are all over the place, here and on other sites as well. Mainly due to the erroneous instructions!!! Shame on me for not researching this brand before going into Best Buy to purchase. I wasn't aware that BB only carried this one and thought I'd have a choice. NOPE!!! Also, they say the "the tiny remaining bubbles will flow out after a few hours". They didn't with this particular product. 2 days later, they are still there. I am very techy, and this is an over-priced, poorly and inaccurately documented product. Period!!! And Best Buy will not take it back. I suggest IF you do buy it and have issues, is to register the product for warranty on Invisible Shield's website and then exchange it and try again. You WILL have to pay for "shipping & handling", which more than covers their costs to replace the product, so the "Limited Lifetime Warranty" is a misnomer and false advertising, because it doesn't cost that much to manufacture and to mail and also to return the faulty product. So just another consumer scam. I suggest going online and buying the 6-pack of protectors sold by others. They are equal to in quality and you get six of them for less money than the $14.99 for this product.... AND they install correctly the first time because of accurate instructions and quality. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT!!! IMHO, for what it's worth... Good Day!!! :)

When I first put this on, I was very unhappy with it as it had bubbles and looked cloudy and ugly. It says in the instructions that they go away after a few hours. I seriously doubted it- but lo and behold, they disappeared and you can barely tell there's a screen protector on it now. I feel much more secure wearing a $145 "watch" now that I know the screen isn't going to get all scratched up!

This works great! It has protected my FitBit from getting the screen scratched. You really don’t even notice the screen protector is on the screen because it is clear & it feels very smooth like the real screen does. It has never come off the screen or peeled off on the corners. It is a very good quality product. It could be cheaper but it is a very good product so it is worth the price I guess.

I buy Zagg shields for every electronic device I buy; iPhones, Samsung Galaxies, iPads, Nintendo Switch, etc. I have loved them all; especially being they have a warranty which I have used twice. This one out of all of them was the hardest but I took my time and followed the directions you have to saturate the shield and the device to make it easier for you to apply it. If not; pay the $7.99 to have Geek Squad apply it because either way it's worth it

I gave this a 4 because the directions are bad. For me, I had already placed a screen protector on my mom's Alta HR, so I had an idea on how to put it on. I realized when I started putting mine on that her's was upside down. Her's fell off the first night, mine has stayed on. Suggestion: make sure you read all the directions, and be very careful pulling the first film off. The yellow plastic will be pulled off last, after the protector is on the unit.

Upgraded to Fitbit Charge 2 and wanted screen protection. I've purchased different types of screen protectors from Amazon for all of my previous Fitbits, and they have worked great. I expected nothing less from this one. Unfortunately, after meticulously applying the protector and smoothing it onto the screen and allowing it to sit for a few hours, it is left with bubbles and even had a slight tear on one edge. I should have had an employee apply it for me. Now I had to throw it away, a replacement from Zagg still charges $6 shipping, and I can't get a refund. $16 out for something that went straight in the trash.

I have purchased and applied numerous screen protectors for various electronic devices with no issues, but this one is terrible. I never could get it to adhere to the Fitbit, and now it's unusable. The instructions were horrible, and the application process was difficult for such a small device.

Bought this today and the instillation instructions are horrendous. I couldn't get it to stick on even after following the directions step by step. Am returning this piece of garbage tonight.

The microfiber cloth turned my expensive lavender band brown. The company offered me a 20 dollar coupon to buy more of their awful products and would not take responsibility for destroying my brand new $179 fitbit. Do not buy if you have a light color band.

I wish I could give this product zero stars. I made the mistake of buying three of these and wasted $45. The instructions are not specific enough and even though I followed the instructions exactly all the product did was slide around on my fitbit screen. I called best buy to see what I could do and they basically told me that the product was nonreturnable and to have a good day. I will not be buying any Zagg products again nor will I be buying from this store.

I purchase two of this, one for me and one for my husband and we are very satisfied with the product.

I have used InvisibleShield protectors for my phones on multiple occasions without difficulty, but I couldn't get this screen protector to stick to my FitBit no matter what I tried. I followed directions exactly as written....I think this particular screen protector was defective.

I bought my boyfriend and I Fitbit's last night and was so excited to start using them! I got two of these screen protectors and followed the instructions. I've put a lot of screen protectors on all of my devices so I'm not rookie. They've always turned out great, but this product was a waste of my time. When you apply the gel and then apply the screen protector afterwards, it doesn't stick! I kept pushing down on it and it'd keep lifting up on around the edges. My boyfriend decided he didn't want his Fitbit, so I'm returning it tonight and figured I'd try out the screen protector I bought for his Fitbit. Same thing happened... arg. I wasted $30 pretty much. I've had better results with other screen protectors and will look for something that has a better outcome. At least my Fitbit rocks!
