Dropped phone onto dinning room table & the protector popped off. Pushed it back on but is not tight like it was. Went to Best Buy & was told I would have to request one on line. Best Buy should have given me another one & installed it. Very disappointed in Best Buy.

The Best Buy guy did his best and really took his time, not only to sell me on the idea (they were out of the glass shields), but to install it. Bottom line: it is bubbling a week and a half after installation. I'll probably just take it off and get a glass shield and hope it performs better.

Either it was defective or someone had returned it and it was put back on the shelf for sale. He had already used the alcohol pad and we was afraid they would think we had messed it up so we didn't return it. A waste of money.

This screen protector they made for the S8+ is junk. It pops off very easily! My first one lasted 2 weeks. The second one, within a week, cracked on its own. Terrible! Best Buy refunded my money - thank you Best Buy for coming through where Zagg failed miserably.

Air pockets refuse to come out causing the beautiful display of the new Samsung S8 to look like swiss cheese. Look elsewhere for a screen protector for your new phone.
