While it may have been of decent quality, the application process is not for beginners, and working any bubbles out or avoiding dust is a nightmare. Im not a pro, but im far from a beginner and its just not easy enough to apply for anyone without a clean room and a month of patience to apply it. The screen has a tacky feeling that exists after application and i ended up just taking it off my screen and just risking it. wasn't worth the time or money.

I wouldn't buy it again. I followed the directions and it still has bubbles that doesn't matter what I did still would not come out. I only got this one because I seen all the complaints about the glass one and figured this one would be better but I wish I woulda just kinda chanced it and got the glass one because this one just looks bad. I have used zagg glass screens in the past and loved them but I wish I never got this screen either.

The functionality of this clear screen is excellent, however it is more fragile than any other screen protector I have used. My S9+ sustained a typical (minor) fall of about 30" (on to loose pea stone walkway) and the protector cracked. The display glass without a protector would absorb that impact without damage. Zagg does replace damaged protectors through mail in exchange; but I would not recommend this product.

We bought 2 of these protectors, one for each phone. On one phone the screen protector completely popped off day 2 after installation, it was dropped on a carpet. On the other phone, it barely tapped a tv remote and the edge of the protector was cracked and 3 cracks showed up along the protector day 2 after installation. I do not recommend this product.

Edges began peeling within a week. Warrantied out for glass which they were sold out of and after waiting a month and installing the glass which cracked on install. Now I'm past my 15 days and my money is wasted. Yes it was installed at best buy also. Huge disappointment! I had no trouble with my note 5. Hating the curved glass!

Horrible, read the instructions to remove the adhesive liner and the screen protector came out from the other side of the tab..didn't realize that until I tried to apply the yellow tab and the screen protector was missing from it...but instead it was on the other side where I took off the liner. Will not buy from this company ever again!

Whatever you do, do NOT buy this screen protector for the new Galaxy S9. Best Buy Mobile put the HD Clear protector on my new S9 phone and the next day the edges were coming up (without even attempting to put in a case or even using the phone). So I went to another Best Buy with the Geek Squad. They installed a new HD Clear protector and the next day, the edges were coming up as well. What ZAGG (or Best Buy?) did was, merely take the HD Clear protector for the Samsung Galaxy S8 and rebrand it, saying, "Compatible with the Samsung Galaxy S9." Obviously there is a slight difference in the phone that is causing this problem and not enough thorough research and development was done. So wait until a new SKU number has been established before buying a protector for the S9.

I've put these kinds of screen protectors on countless devices. This is the first one from Zagg I've used and it was terrible. Following the direction sheet, when I peeled away the side that should have exposed the "adhesive" (screen side) part of the protector, it instead, pulled away the protector, itself, from the backing sheet. I couldn't see this at first, so following the directions I tried repeatedly to adhere the protector to the screen and wondered why I couldn't get it to stick to the screen of my S8+. Finally, I looked at the side I peeled away, per the instructions, and found that protector was stuck to the side you're supposed to throw away. I couldn't get it off without getting finger prints on it, so at that point, I gave up and threw the whole thing away. Wasted $25+ on this worthless so-called screen protector. Pretty much literally threw my money in the trash. As I said, I've used these kinds of protectors successfully on dozens of devices. This is the first time I've ever had issues like this.

I purchased this screen protector as a hold over until my Otterbox Alpha Glass arrives. I went in trusting Zagg products because I've used them on my 2 previous phones, but boy was I wrong. I couldn't even properly apply this screen protector because the labeling of the layers was incorrect. As I tried to apply the protector I realized it was in vain, because it genuinely felt like the material of a Nitrile glove, and once on- if I could call it that- touch sensitivity was rather poor. This product was a waste of $26.

The instructions appear to be written by someone who has never used this product. I have installed many screen protectors and this has to be the worst. Save yourself the money and don't buy this trash. If you don't believe me, just google it.

i have come to a conclusion that curved screen protectors dont exist. this product does not fit properly. if you make one small error its a wrap you cant take it off and if you do the protector is garbage. doesnt wrap around properly. zagg is a great company but this is a major fail. will try another company and 25 dollars down the drain. and for those who think its my fault i have put many many protectors over the years so its not that.

Is a thin layer of plastic, too expensive for what you get. This should cost $25, you are probably paying for the packaging, plastic scraper and cleanser cloth. Not recommended at all, extremely disappointed with the quality for this price.

I bought this screen protector as it was the only one available for the Galaxy 9+ and it was terrible. The instructions made no sense and even though they say you can find a video on ZAGGs website I was unable to. I put it on by myself and the screen protector was full of bubbles and was coming up off of my phone within a few days. I even went back to Best Buy to have them replace it and put it on for me hoping it was my fault in placing the screen protector wrong... same results. The corners of my screen protector are coming up and it doesn't seem to sit right on the curved edges of the phone. I would recommend finding a different screen protector.

we bought 2 for our new phones and had them installed there. should've skipped it but this is my first 'edge' type phone. walked out of the store and opened it. I had to go back in to make sure that it was not the protective film I was supposed to peel off. u g l y

First off, this product is obsolete. I contacted Corning, and the latest version of Gorilla Glass found on the new S8 and S8+ is not helped, with the installation of any additional screen protection. However being accustom to ZAGG Shields, I purchased one and being fully capable of applying it,I did. The problem was the Shield pulled away from the backing while I was removing the adhesive liner(step 2). efforts to lay the Shield back down flat on the backing, resulted in ripple making it impossible to align. Now I have a sliver of the Shield laying atop the right side of the phones's bezel and constantly peeling off. I should have returned the product when step 2 went awry. So if you have a curved screen device heed the reviews.

I bought and the sticky part is only around the edge. I dropped my phone and the screen protector flew off. Needs to have sticky over the whole inside

This is actually my second review, as I wanted to add something about the screen protector. Not only did it start peeling and to have it replaced I had to go through the manufacturer and pay shipping to replace it. But it did not protect my screen when the phone was dropped from hip level and my screen cracked. Not only am I out $33. for the screen protector, I'm also out &149. to replace the phone. The salesperson informed me that it would protect my phone and how great it was, did he really pull one over on me. DON'T BUY. Not worth it.

I've only had this screen protector for 2 days, and it won't stay on properly, along with many bubbles, that won't go away on their own. Only about half have gone away. Already peeling on curved edges. I've installed dozens for friends and family with no issues previously. I wish I could take it back.

I've seen better products even from the same company (regarding application). The "adhesive wipe" stuck lint and particles to the protector that caused a few small imperfections in spots and lint particles on the screen that now trigger some kind of OCD that I never knew I had. My phone is brand new and I completely cleaned it and even used the provided lint sticker that came with the kit while following the instructions. I will be going with another product when I replace this.

Bought this from Best Buy. They installed it and did a great job. It does curve around the edges slightly, but it didn't take long at all for the edges to start to peel up. Once the edges start to lift, it's done for. Dust and everything else gets stuck to it and it never goes back down. Absolutely terrible product and I've since purchased something different. Typically my screen protectors last me for at least a year, sometimes for the entire time I have the phone (2 years). This one lasted me 1 month!
