Far too complicated to have this put on ourselves (we bought one earlier and it wouldn't stick), Best Buy did this for us and charged extra to do so - in the past this was a free service.

After about a month, the shield has developed some bubbles along the right side. I can smooth them out, but I shouldn't have to do that. Will get it replaced when I can get to a location.

Few Months out and it still does its job perfectly though i am also particular with my gadgets. I keep them well with the case so its good as long as you not careless

Went through two tempered glass screen protectors that would not stay sealed to the phone due to the way the edge meets the case. This ended up being a more cost effective option and has stayed on how it was applied with no problem.

I had the hard plastic cover but it tended to fall off from time to time as there is only a thin line of adhesive around the edges. This one gives less protection but stays on.

My first one was cracked, and made it look like I had a crack in my screen. Best buy replaced it without question and phone looks like new again.

The Zagg name is well known and should be very trusted by anyone looking to protect their phone. The only slight downfall is when it comes to curved edges, Zagg I imagine is working on dealing with the issue already, but for now there can be the tiniest of issues with fully sealing down and staying down for eternity over that edge. It still definitely protects the edge, there is just the slightest line that you can see is not all the way down. Overall a great screen protector, I would absolutely recommend it!

The directions for application are not all that clear at best. My recommendation, have someone at the store apply it rather than try it yourself, especially with the new edge screens.

I suppose I didn't even need this since my phone has the gorilla glass, but the 25% savings if I bought three accessories made this essentially free. It does its job as advertised.

The only issue I have with this screen protector is that it's a bit difficult to position. My experience was that it set in place far too quickly, and removing the bubbles, and getting it lined up, was near impossible. Other than that, I'm enjoying it. The bubbles can't really be seen when the phone is back lit, and it DOES offer a great deal of protection, as the protector is a rubbery plastic, and thick; but doesn't cut into the function of the device.

My wife and I have protective shields on our phones and tablets. They are great for protection and do not impede the use of the phone.

Great protection for screen, but hard to put on. It takes a little know how with this type of protector. Tip: using a little more liquid when applying makes it easier to apply.

I've used this product for other devices and it is good However with the galaxy 9s's curved edges it is challenging. it doesn't adhere to the edges as well as I'd like.

The shield for the Samsung S9+ phone works very well to protect from unwanted things getting onto the phone. Easy to clean.

I use this screen protector on my 4th phone. The most challenging part is to install it right, after that it works and looks great.

At first I felt compelled to order a screen protector online and pay less than half of what this was worth but then the Best Buy professional who assisted me, Atalante, explained in detail the difference between the options. She explained how this screen protector sticks so well to the screen that it's so hard for it to come off by any daily use. A few days later I confirmed this when a co-worker of mine bought a $5 version that 2 days later it was peeling off. I'm glad with both of my purchases thanks to Atalante.

Screen protector fits perfect, Love the warranty (have to register your product first); Would never buy anything but a ZAGG product

This item is average, it provides the screen from getting scratched but not broken. I don't think it's worth the price.

This is a great screen protector for my phone. I use my phone every day a lot and I do drop it a lot! Even though it sustained a couple of cracks in the protector I don't even notice them, didn't even want to use the service that was provided that is they would replace this for free.... no need.... it's perfect the way it is. No damage to the phone itself. Had it now for over a year and a 1/2 now. Highly recommend it to anyone who does not want their phone damaged!

It's only been a few weeks but so far no issue's hopefully the screen won't crack or break on this phone like my last one did or I'll switch to the glass screen protector.
